Beware of this Auto Repair Shop!I want to share our unfortunate experience with Al Quoz Auto Repairing this March 2021.We brought our car to their garage in Al Quoz Auto Repairing for repair, the car stayed there for a week but the issues of our car were not resolved and they made it even worse. They damaged the LED monitor of the stereo, misaligned the steering wheel and the odd sounds inside the car body got even worse and they couldnt find from where these sounds coming. Saiju gave us conditions to bring the car back to their garage to repair again and if they dont resolve the problem they will refund the money that we have paid. Even after giving car for the second time almost for another week, still they could not resolve it and denied to refund the money at last. Their service is very disappointing and they dont value commitment to customers.

The people who work here seem very honest, helpful and might I say chivalrous.I remember (with utter disgust at myself for being so not a gentleman and making my wife wait) I asked my wife to take her car for repair and I turned up an hour late after their closing hours to pick her up. The senior technician (Saiju if I’m not wrong) waited outside while my wife waited in the office till I came; without a word; and made sure she was seated in my car before he left. Thank you for being so nice God bless you.BTW he even diagnosed future problems in my car without me asking for it 😊

Saiju and his team did a great job fixing a big dent on my car and replacing some parts, which i had to fix after failing rta vehicle inspection. Got car back today and passed vehicle inspection. Very professional and honest, and the price was 3 times cheaper compared to two other garages i visited nearby. Definitely recommend!
