I brought 3 porsches to this garage for inspection before buying. The staff there are very polite, experienced and friendly.During the inspection, they had great attention to detail - a small part of the cars paint was only a shade off and they were able to notice it and found out there was probably an unreported accident before. Then they went on to found a series of problems in relation to that.After inspecting the 3 cars, I was able to make a comfortable decision on which one to buy, thanks for their professional and honest advices. I will definitely come back here and I recommend this garage to everyone.

I bought my used (Japan imported) car 2,5 years ago for not a lot of money.. Now with only 70000 kilometers I was ready to give it up, as I felt that everything is falling apart (needed new tires, literally all control lights were on etc.) For a very reasonable price I got everything fixed in no time! My car drives super smoothly now and Im sure it lasts a few years more, especially with this garage as my new place to go whenever I have any problems! Especially as a lady I feel other garages were giving me super expensive quotes, because I have no clue about cars. Grand touch auto repairs prices are super fair and I dont feel cheated at all. I would like to highly recommend Grand Touch Auto Repair! They offer affordable yet very proffesional services and make you feel comfortable at their garage while managing your car. I had very positive experience with all the team members, especially then with Mr. Omar who is running this business. I honestly dont know much about cars and that is why I asked Omar if I can be there while the inspection is being made and if I he can explain me basic maintenance tasks like checking coollant level, brake fluid level, where to fill in water for my vipers etc. He explained me everything regarding necessary repairs which have to be done on my car and why those have to be done which made me also understand how to prevent certain issues from happening again and how to detect them before becoming worse. Overall I am very glad I found this company and I also appreciate that they offer 40% discount on labour work for FACE card holders. I was also assured that all the parts ordered are genuine and that transparency is one of the most important values of this business. I paid only 250 AED for the inspection of my car (6 cylinders) and I can confidently say that this money were very well invested. Thank you!

I must say that i am always sceptical with garages in the UAE in general.However, Grand Touch Auto Repair had to be by far the best service i have Personally experienced in the UAE. With constant live updates on the phone, WhatsApp inclusive of videos/pictures which kept me sporadically informed on the status of my car.I was quoted 65K by Gargash to fix my car and i ended up paying a fraction of the cost since many of the things needed to repair was actually not needed and Gargash tried to upsell as they always do - all thanks to GTA Repair for being the honest garage with great service in town.Always ask for Omar and you will be in great hands..
