I normally go to this place for car wash. Their service is quick and nice. I would say they have one of the most economical plus quality car service in the area. Staff is hard working and quick. They have packages on group on and in house you can buy multiple washes on discount. They got options of bike repair, oil change, car wash, electrician too.I am definitely going to have their services again

Absolute chaos, no queue system. Some cars simply drive in using the exit lane, have a word with the manager and are taken out of turn. No fixed level of service expected, depends on the mood of the washer. Staff is overworked especially in evening time they work very slowly. Whole place is littered with bottles and trash. No proper waiting room. Barely a few staff wear masks.

Got a deal for car wash off groupon. Not bad for whats paid, but they completely disregard all coronavirus safety measures. All masks are off until you argue with one so he pushes others to put their masks on, and laughing at it as if it was a joke

Don’t get into trap of buying 6 washes voucher from there or somewhere else because it is valid for only 3 months which was previously 6 months and they changed it without informing. It’s my bad that I haven’t read. Apart of that you need to pay extra for engine cleaning and quality is not at all in their work. No useful at all and you will get cheap service quality and long queue to waiting of Uber.

Poor services offered with no control or queue management. It is a crowded place where a lot of vehicles of uber, talabat, deliveroo and multiple online marketplaces like groupon which makes an extremely difficult place to get away completing the service if you wish to. Very unprofessional approach makes it a place to avoid

Gets really busy sometimes because of their contracts with Uber and careem, overall good services, I recommend if they start booking appointments for Uber and careem or arrange specific days only for corporate to eliminate traffic and long queues

I was using the car wash voucher over 2 years from zone . Usually 1 or 2 days expiry of the voucher they will never charge me as I am traveling between abudhabi and Dubai and staying in both places . But this time 1 day expiry of the voucher they didn’t allowed me and not allowed to wash. Just giving heads up to buyers who is buying voucher and wash. Anyway I renewed with 169 AED again as waited to get washing slot . For me I felt bad as I never faced this issue for 1 or 2 days . Clarification from the sales is expiry of medicine for 1 day also cannot be used . They are doing there duty perfectly . No complaints :)

I recently took my car to this place for detailing via a groupon.. with no doubt it was a good deal..and they did do a good job... BUT... They messed up some electrical aspects in the car... Things started to light up on my dash board which were not there before and also not at the time of giving the car to them... For eg the ABS sign, traction sign and handbreak sign/light..these are constantly lit... I requested them to sort it out as they have a car repairing section... They tried they had no solution for the issue they created... I was disappointed instantly... To be honest .. I didnt want them going through my cars wiring more extensively..God knows what else they might mess up..i have been to three mechanics after that ..and all goes in vain...i have no choice but to take it to the agency......its misfortunate.. but again.. when being professionals specifically for detailing.. we also have to consider the electrical and other aspects of the car and not just focus on cleaning..or even though . atleast have a solution for the issue.. unfortunately ..an aed150 discounted coupon for detailing turned out to be more costly for me.. i am an offroader and any small issue gives me paranoia...as my car has to be in the proper condition at all times....

Horrible service from the washing staffs side. Auto zone is the only place where masks are not mandatory, and this people has not taken any steps against covid19. Dont buy vouchers from Groupon. The staffs openly asks for tips.

The staffs in car wash sections openly asks for extra tips from the customers after paying 42.5 for a full car wash and on the top u need to pay 5dhs for the washing guy nd 5dhs for the cleaning guy.So it takes around 52dhs for total car wash.The management of Auto zone should look into this matter to avoid such a complaint from the customers side.

Good foam wash service as my car was cleaned very well. However the floor of the station was covered with wit oil and grease which got sticked to my shoes and eventually stained my carpet while driving back home. Now I need to shampoo my carpet.

When I take my car for FULL DETAILING, I expect it to be FULL and DETAILED. Not the case here. With a 20 aed tip, any car wash does it the same. Do not recomend!

I went this place to get my OIL changed few weeks ago and It was not bad but today I went this place to get my brakepad change and I got a quotation of 505AED for all. Then I called a friend and he suggested me a garage located in Ajman call Al Daffa Garage and I got everything done for 110AED. I saved 495AED, got 1year warrant. Its far but its worth it.

Brief and horrific with an unacceptable attitude, the lads at the office. They do not even acknowledge you when you stand at the counter. All pretend to be busy and unless ypu make a noise you get attention. Wouldnt recommend this place even for free...

It took them 2 hours and they had to wash the car twice because it was not done well the first time. Even after the second wash it does not look like its washed.The clothes used to wipe the car after that are also dirty and oily and that has left a layer of oil of the entire body. Not happy about it.
