Sent my car for oil change 10k. Price are reasonable. They don’t squeeze your budget. Very fair to customers and friendly approach.

Did not want to write about this, as i believe that people make mistakes and deserve a second chance, but when i have been ripped off like this, without getting the final result, I believe I have to save others as well.this could be the worst place u can ever visit.after repairing my car in this garage, mostly if not all the issues that the guy claimed to rectify were damaged again.imagine a disc skimming that you have to redo after less than 6 months,imagine you take the car for a sound issue in ur steering wheel, they deliver the car to you without repairing it, and they charge u for something else, and when u ask abiut it, they tell u sorry u didnt tell me ( +as if am the mechanic)imagine they charge u for axle boot repair and u have to do it after 4 months.nice talks only, no proper actions,he charges u high at the start and then he gives u a discount so that you belive how nice he isno mention of labor charges, u Will be surprised at the end with a very high bill due to this.and most of all, no proof of anything done but a piece of paper.I advise anyone to check properly and take proper quotation before he does anything in this garage, otherwise prepare for the worst.

Went for Major Service (100k) for my 10th Gen Honda Civic. Professional sevice. Owner is involved from the start. No hidden cost. Price is reasonable. If you compare with normal service centers...then price is high...however compared to agency.... the price Is low.As of now satisfied with the service.

Went for regular servicing, and trust me, what these guys do is what you call true servicing. They checked my car, highlighted the important problems and gave the best solutions. They didnt try to upsell me anything and with every action of theirs, they made me feel comfortable that my baby is in the right hands. They even gave me a book to detail my cars history. My BMW Z4 was fixed here after it was hit in the rear. I was always fixing it in BMW services and was skeptical if I will ever find a garage that will be good enough. They did!2- efficient and hard working staff yet friendly.3- keep track of their work done in the car. They presented a little booklet to me just like BMW service agent to keep track of what was done in the car.4- Paint quality is amazing that I couldn’t believe my eyes that they fixed the car and painted it same color in just one day. Ford edge 2013. DCM Fixed long standing mechanical issues with mounting, axle, leaks, tie rod and done full service. These basic Issues which agency never bothered to check and report. So no point going to agency. DCM gives Personal and reliable attention to resolve the main issues. Wheel alignments and electronic/computer checks need to tested and analyzed with close detail. DCM is handling customers with personal care and establishing trust. The facility is at par with agency workshop. And their experienced mechanics form a strong and busy team. DCM also maintains a full service history and job card for the vehicle. Also chart a preventive maintenance plan for keeping the car in good health.

Been using the Garage for our fleet cars for 2 years now, used many others previously and horrible experience until DCM. DCM are very sincere, they will get your job done in swift. Cost wise cannot beat them, always delivering the best quality at the least rates from parts to servicing. I do not know where to start to be honest on my 5 Star experience that I had with Deira Central Motors (DCM) run by Mr. Jahangir and his young boys. Let me maybe begin with how I was quoted 13K by a Garage in Al Qouz to fix my engine related problems (White smoke) and how I was feeling really low on spending so much on my beloved car. I drive a BMW 5 Series, and without question its a beautiful car but was starting to fall expensive. Like every car owner should have, I had my go to garage in Sharjah (for years now) and was planning to take my car there when I was quoted 13K. My brother asked me to pass by DCM and get a 2nd opinion before I take it to Sharjah, and oh boy, was I glad I listened to his advise.Right after I handed over my car for checks, Mr. Jahangir told me Beta (son) dont worry, We will do everything we can in the most economical way without compromising quality. I thought this was something every garage would tell their clients, but would never walk the talk. I was skeptical, left with no major hopes and expected another hefty quote to fix my car - I Couldnt Be More Wrong !!Long story short, Where I was quoted 13K to fix my car, I got my car fixed with all the initial problems and more for less than 15% of the above quoted value (because DCM found a work around) and got my car back within a week.Mr. Jahangir is a man of Ethics and doesnt run this business to mint money from his clients - You will realize this when you speak to the man itself and believe me, Ive been to a lot of garages before. This man knows how a customer should be treated and above all, how his work should do the speaking than just give random promises that comes with hefty bills.If you are looking for a garage that would Do everything possible in the most economical way without compromising quality ?, then DCM is where you take your Car.I usually dont say this, but May God bless him for the work he has put in. Need more professional for the amount you are charging customers, kind request do not use strange screws internally to fix the body parts, if you promise that you will comply manufacturer standard then it should be in the same way, my rear bumper was fixed with screw externally and been told it will be invisible if boot is closed. And of course I denied that, your staffs are kind and promised me to bring my car back to your garage to fix that issue
