Staff in the office is friendly and helpful, however the senior Indian wheel mechanic is grumpy and keep challenging customer, very unfriendly and sour face with zero smile, even I was the 1st customer of the day! They deal with trucks, vans, bus…commercial vehicles more, so do not expect a pamper service even if you are driving a luxury car. I have been challenged twice, hopefully I dont have to visit there for the 3rd time…
