I was there, in front of the car, and the mechanic didnt even bother to unscrew the oil filter and engine oil cap before draining the old oil from oil pan.After i have notice the supervisor, he did it correctly, drained all the oil but.... he made the oil refill, but didnt even tried to change the oil filter! I have notice again the supervisor and they went to a close by shop to buy a new filter.Totally disappointed! Im thinking how they would have done it if i wasnt there.AS most of the local services, they are not working properly!If you make an Oil Change, they will use the oil suction device, take out 3 of 5 L from the old oil, and just replace it with theyre bulk oil and youre good to go! You think that you are safe and made the correct oil change, but no so!
