With no exaggerating just NO personal touch or simple customer service HUGE ZERO from a Manager on duty. My son was so excited to convert his saving to banknotes, she refused because he has no account. My child was very disappointed went out very sad. Where is the encouragement, need to understand how to think out of the box sometime we can work around rules.
I request to install one more cash deposit machine here always to stand in que and in counter we take change also if I say we account then also they are no change every time

I didn’t like my experience here. Ladies at the desk didn’t even try to understand my problem, they were just chatting and laughing.
Worst staff and customer care u could ever get, waited for 40 mins and the reply was only one staff is working! Reply was given by the branch supervisor

Horrible experience I just asked for a liability letter for the Autoloan 1 month ago and which they say its ( 10 working days ) been coming every day and they keep me waiting for almost an hour each time and give the same reply we will call you and not a single phone call, i will never bank with them again
The worst branch and one employee and no one has half an hour wait for a very bad service
