I have personal account in Rak bank which not used for 2years they always sent statement as zero balance . But when I went to closed acccount . I asked to pay 886.00 amount as charges .. I complaint to waive charges . But they have not agreed forced me to pay 50% charges ...I had 28years relations ship with them .but very worst complaint services no one response you properly they need charges with misguiding customers . Be alert and take in writing .otherwise they will not consider your relation with bank . They only know how to harrasment and take charges from you . Very dis satisfaction services . Complaint services not allow to speak you with concern person ... Only u will get ur complaint as not approved and force you to pay charges which will shock and surprised you when u want to close your account . Lot of stories and they will force you to pay charges. Beaware of this type of accounts .of u are holding ..
My RAK bank atm card got stuck in that Jumbo shop ATM in on 26 Feb 2020 evening and when I called the customer care team they said new card will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Now it has been more than 3 months still no response on my request and atm card.
