The oldest building full of cockroachs and so dirty , parking is non coverd while the temperature reaches 55 C during summer you feel your car would be burnt , management are the worst ever no maintenance and the maintenance people dont know how to do their job , dont waste your time and money just get an apartment in a clean and good tower in the same area for a little bit higher price you live a a proper apartment not rubbish .

I’ve been living in the property for over 20 years.Probably the oldest in the area and one of the oldest in Dubai, about 30 years!Spacious apartments with low noise, big rooms.Maintenance is not the best, water runs brown very often and wall tiles on the floors were not cleaned for those 30 years unfortunately. Lights often fused in corridors and stairway is unsafe due to several broken stairs which are not repaired. Garbage rooms smelly and often have cockroaches! Really low cleanliness standards.Otherwise great location and place to live if you keep your place clean and away from the mess around.

Nice living place in the heart of bustling Dubai, very close to Dubai Downtown snd Burj Khalifa. Old buildings, which means good size apartments, super clean and well maintained. The only thing missing is a good protective car park.
