The building is decidedly less than average, though I have lived in worse. The management team is a contradiction in terms. The service charge is ultra expensive, and I cant see where the money goes: it certainly isnt on aesthetics! Security is relatively tight (some might say to the point of intrusion), despite what the previous commentators have said, though the guards may be missing due to doing their rounds. Maybe there should be another guard? The building is definitely missing a swimming pool, which in all honesty, should be standard in Dubai. As far as the apartments go, the standard of build is extremely poor. The door frames are made from cardboard (literally) and they swell in bathrooms and kitchens due to moisture. Theres also a problem with the paint peeling off due to a fungus infestation (if thats the right term), and I cant see a quick fox for it. They barrier fobs are also very hit and miss: they work one day and not the next, which is frustrating! The office block entry can get mistaken for the residential entry, which could cause some confusion as there is no signage for either.

I moved to this building Around 3 months ago.My apartment is on the 19th floor.I like the hall it’s big and has lake view.But the building maintenance is the worst.This building doesn’t have a swimming pool.Lifts were out of service for more than 2 months.Security of this building is zero.You can enter without access card.Building has a gym in the backside and to go to gym you have to exit the building.Gym is in very bad shape.Limited equipments, poor maintenance.Lights outside side the apartment are not working, no action is taken even after complaining multiple times.

Spacious apartments in DSC, great layout Nd good gym. The only thing is missing is the swimming pool

Big apartment, just next to the cricket stadium, which is next to one of the entries and the exits into Sports City. Gym in the building. Nice big balcony. My view is towards the golf course. Parking is provided in the basement.

The Building is a dump ! The risk of disconnecting the DEWA service is there .. building management didn’t pay dewa for long time and they are getting warning letters that the service will be disconnected! The Building management are the worst ever in Dubai.. cleanliness corridors , No security at all .. anyone crossing from the street can enter this building without questioning.. the Elevators are always down .. the fire alarm is the worst .. gym.is poor .. Ac system is down .. I feel sorry for people who still live there .. a lot of Better options with same price even less in same area

Thanks to the bad managment .. this building is the worst in sport city before you concider this building to move in check these points :1- Dirty Corridors .2- Sweage smell in common area and corridors.3- Dirty Elevators .4- Filthy GYM5- NO SECURITY AT ALL !! Any street crosser can enter the building ! Can you imaging someone ring your door bill at 10 pm trying to sell you somthing ??? !!!6 - There is 2 Entrances : Office + Residental : The office workers and companies visitors are invaiding the parking areas !7- The main gate is always open .. any one can shout at the security and will get an access inside the building !8- The building is fallen apart : you can see that at rear side of the building.9 - Worst Alarm system .To be sure this is not fake post : Just pass to the building several times in check list what I stated .. Also trace the Other srounding building in the area and see the diffrence .My advice : Before move in to any building .. Check the Managment first !

Dirt & Filthy stins in Elevators , Fungus and molds are growing in the ceilings , Water laeakage at corridors , sweage smells all over the building .No security at all ! The worst building to live in sport city !

8 years living in Dubai , I can say this is very bad building to move in , No proper mantinance and the building managment are the worst !

Exceptionally bad building. Bad management, bad services, no elevators most of the time, alarm goes on every night and wakeup your babies, everything is dirty and carelessly serviced. We had police coming to the building every week because of residents complains, rudness is only what you can expect if you raise any issue. It is true that rent is cheap, but believe me you are paying for it. Spare your self and family and choose a better building.

Worst building to ever stay in sports city. Horrible services, horrible maintenance, bad finishing, and THE WORST windows. Construction in sports city feels like its going on in the middle of your living room. I wouldnt imprison somebody here let alone recommend for somebody to live in it.

Horrible management and maintenance. Everything in the units always fall apart. The AC doesnt function properly all the time for days at a time, leaving it hot and humid within the entire building. No pool and a crappy gym. Worst of all, the fire alarm goes off almost everyday and a lot of the time at 3 or 4 in the morning. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here.
