We have used Repair Plus for 3 years +. Very professional business, returns phone calls, on time for scheduled appointments, and very clean when working in our home. Very knowledgeable staff. Crew members are dressed professional. When repairs are necessary, parts are immediately available with crew members. Company follows up with phone call several days later to ensure work was completed correctly.Would highly recommend.

One of the best maintenance companies.The technicians arrived on time (even though I requested them on very short notice), they made sure that our furniture was protected throughout the service and left our place exactly as it was found. No mess. Would definitely use them again in the future.

We contracted Repair Plus for kitchen renovation and flat painting.They did a very professional job, done by skilled and willful workers. A year ago we moved to an apartment with lots of issues and Repair + provided great service in any sense -flexibility of appointments, high quality work, very friendly workers and the best they were covering everything and after every work my apartment was left clean. Excellent maintenance company. Repair plus has been our service provider for more than 3 years and their service is impeccable. They are professional, punctual, and super responsive. Had dealt with other providers in previous years but none are at the same expertise level with them, keep up the good work

After 1 year of membership, all I can say is that I do not trust them. They do not honor their contract and commitment. They try to charge you even if it is in your package. I do not recommend them. Know your rights.

My husband and I used Repair Plus services to do some cutting work (wood, metal and tile) and we were more than satisfied with the results. The team is well organized, on time, does a great job, cleans afterwards and is also friendly! They are not the cheapest in the market but it is so worth it considering the quality of work. We highly recommend 👍🏼

The Repair+ team stepped in to fix our water pump when the community contracted repair company said they wouldnt be able to send anyone for at least 24 hours. The workers were at our house within an hour, were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They quickly isolated the problem to a faulty drive and replaced it within an hour. Wed happily recommend them and will use their services again.

Highly recommended! Responsive team, and they fixed my AC very quickly. They took all necessary steps adhering to the covid-19 safety measures when entering my place. Would hire them again if anything else needs repairing.

Shockingly BAD! Stay away from this company, customer service is zero and their work is terrible. We paid them to service and clean our AC units after we were feeling ill since using the AC, they mentioned that the ducts also needed cleaning which is a bigger job, seeing as we had recently moved in we asked the Landlord to cover this, he sent a different company and the technician showed us how none of the filters had been cleaned on the roof where our units are- my husband also went up and there was mold and so much dirt. Repair plus agreed that this was in their scope of work yet it hadnt been done. No refund and a complete lack of customer service, they simply dont care.

Quick, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Only had to pay AED 300 cause the guys found the problem and fixed our AC within 1 hour. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and I even got a follow-up call a few days later to check if I was happy with the service. Best of all: They were on time!! For anyone living in Dubai you would know that this is pretty much unheard off.. a handyman thats on time! Very happy customer over here

The team came to my place to hang up some paintings and install my TV and wall bracket. The staff were extremely professional, ensuring no dirt was left in my house after they finished their job.They finished their job on time and ensured the house was clean when they left it. I am using Repair+ since a few years and yesterday a technical team repaired several things at the house (masonry, plumbing ….). Jiju and Vijayan work very hard, and do a complete job every time they come to my Villa. I always ask for their team to come whenever possible.

Not worth it. Simple fix can be handled correctly and efficiently at times. But issues like buying your own materials so you can save money, will NOT be an option. If they let you once or twice, you are lucky. They are saying that their best pricing quotation for the materials are competitive. Well, it is too much from the pricing of the materials if you buy them yourself (3-4 times less). Problem came when you got the contract already (AMC), they will not provide the service you once had, one is of those 3rd party materials, second is how sloppy the work is, most of the time it is horrible, they will not clean the mess and smudges at the workplace after the installation or whatsoever. Their technicians are always heard complaining about something. Got in touch with other similar industries and was able to get the option that the customer is able to choose the materials they wanted for their household. That would only mean (read between the lines). My point: find someone else - they have got better options.

Simply brilliant service. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you guys. From the initial call with Blaise who was able to get a team to me so quickly to help with the plumbing, and keep me informed on the teams arrival, using Repair Plus was simply an excellent experience.Massive thank you to Mukim and Shajahan who arrived, identified the issue quickly, and were able to fix the problem without any hassle. The comms from the team was great and they explained the reason for the issue and how to prevent this happening. They also helped to mop up water in the kitchen and hallway.All in all a great hassle free experience. I cant recommend enough. You would definitely be my first call with any other household issues!

Been using Repair+ for a couple of years and have been happy with them, but we decided recently to terminated the contract as we discovered the markup on materials was astronomical. I dont think many people give this much thought when signing a maintenance contract, and I dont mind businesses having markups, but this was just crazy and beyond justification.

I requested their service for some grouting, paint, carpentry, and fixing work. I sent them a snag list and made it clear that the objective is to fix things, not to renovate things (if it is not broken, dont fix it. if it broken, fix it, dont change it) as Im a tenant, not an owner, and Im going to pay for this! I also asked to spare negotiations and give me the walkaway price!They sent someone for an hour to do a site survey to check the snag list i sent.A couple of days later, they called offering an annual contract especially that I have A/C and plumping problems (which I dont & I didnt ask for), otherwise work would cost AED 15000! They also asked if Im the tenant or owner!Clearly they didnt listen to me! I got couple of alternative quotations from others & where between AED 2500 and AED 3000 excluding carpentry.I should have read their responses to reviews prior contacting them. I suggest you read those responses to see how they handle criticism. It will be interesting to see their response to this one.

I’m a regular costumer of repair plus and usually I received the quite good service , from plumbing, electrical, and ac cleaning or a call out to request for sorting out the problems with leakage.This time what I asked was a complex job that needs to be patient and being precise at the same time. My job was consisted of carpentry ,painting and plumbing.What i want to mention First is the down sides.I talking to other costumers who like to ask for a job from repair plus.plz be aware that when the team come to check the problem they should charge 100 AED other than that if they charge more for the excuse of taking time and etc should be deducted from the time you accept the quotation.But in my case they charged me 300 AED for call out and then another time for the quotation cost without deducting that additional 200AED that i paid at the beginning.But I discussed with Blaise Abilaboh he helped me with that additional payment i made. basically he was responsive to me a costumer.But I didn’t like companies policy for plumbing job.Cuz in my case i asked plumber to do the minor repair but it wasn’t done properly so it takes a lot of time to make it in a right way that can work well in my case. So basically done by my neighbor who is Civil engineer and know his job.I also spoke to the company about my situation. To sort the problem of leakages there is only 2 answers either repair or replace but if we asked for the repair, technician has to do it under responsibility of costumer. But it wasn’t that way.I have to say I really like the carpentry job made by Rommel he was totally good and precise. Painting also done by him was excellent.So i took 1 star this time bc of all chaos i had yesterday for minor repair of plumbing.other than that their job was good.

I drilled into a wall and hit a water pipeline accidentally on a Thursday night, these guys were the only company willing to come, and the entire experience was unbelievable!! Reached my place in under 20mins, finished the work in an hour, and left the place without a trace of repairs!! Great job, especially when all others said it’s a day’s job! Good professional work, happy handymen, very reasonable pricing!!Will recommend them for sure!

My go-to company in Dubai for aircon maintenance and handyman services. Have used them a number of times in the past year and always been happy with the service. Particularly impressed with the open and honest approach to pre-sales too: I contacted asking for aircon service and was given advice to take the basic package pending them doing an initial check-up to see if the full service was required (rather than do a hard sell and recommend the full package upfront).

Knowledgeable, professional guys who communicate issues effectively. Though they are quite a bit more expensive than the usual people, they certainly were not a rip off. Had them come over for a plumbing emergency and a couple of issues since and have been consistently impressed by their professionalism and communication ability. Just wish they were a tad more affordable.Ops manager Shijo and plumber Manoj are the guys to ask for.

They want to take you money, not organized, i asked them for a service and on the service day they responded telling me we dont offer this you must have contract where i clarified my request to them and they approved and assigned an appointment, on the service day they said we dont have enough personnel and we dont do this service. and later when i complained they said this is our service and we know!!!!
