AC Duct Cleaning - The booking process was excellent with a clear explanation of the work that would be conducted. The team turned up on time and covered my furniture with plastic sheeting to ensure nothing was damaged. Having lived in my flat for 8 years, I have only seen the in-house maintenance team clean the air-conditioning vent grills. Kimi Clean showed me the inside of AC duct and it is obvious that such an approach is seriously inadequate! I would therefore highly recommend those wanting to improve the quality of air circulating in their apartment to organise a professional clean by this company.

Emad owes me back AED 200 balance change after a job. After a month Of follow up he says ‘do what ever you can’. Too much drama with this dishonest, rude person. I wanted to let it go.. but this is not fair.Further comments(after owners reply) : there was a overflow of the tray and he was saying he wants to charge more saying it’s a leak - actually it’s still overflowing sometimes. I did not agree his argument and that was the end of that discussion. But I believed him when he said he will return the balance change next day after work done (aed 300 billed and I paid aed 500 as I dint have change) and even after following up many times he did not raise the leak argument again and said he will return money the same days etc (have whatsap correspondence promising he will transfer money to the account as well). Eventually I started getting busy tones to my calls but if I call from others numbers he picks up. At the end my peace of mind is gone. Eventually I was frustrated and I said keep the money. I feel bad for writing a bad review as I have a business on my own but if he wants to charge me even for any additional work (which was not done) he should not just keep the balance change that he promised to return while still promising to return the money every-time I ask and now when i confronted him again he says I asked him to keep the money and brings up the argument again on the leak. Even yesterday he said he will return the money same day. It’s not aed 200 that matters it’s the unfairness which disturbs me.

We had 2 AC units to be serviced. Team came on time and did thorough cleaning. Price was really really competitive and the service was top notch. Will definitely be going back to them after 2 years for a follow up cleaning

I am very happy with the work Kimi has done and with how professional the team is. First they covered the whole apartment couches, tables, chairs, vases, with plastic wrap. They cleaned the inside and outside of the AC units and removed fungus and dirt then disinfected the whole inner area. I have 4 AC units and they charge AED400 per unit for this thorough cleaning. Emad, the owner, is a walking example of superb customer service. I definitely recommend them.

We ordered duct cleaning of the air conditioner, manager was always reachable, the guys who came to clean came on time,then the manager came to check the process. Cleaned very fast with perfect quality and for reasonable price.Will invite them again for cleaning 100%, highly recommended

Living in Dubai for the past 3 years and I have had multiple cleaning companies come over to do the handy work.So far I have to say that when it comes to professionalism and it has been kimi clean. They have been most importantly ONTIME and get the job done.They know exactly what they are doing and are easy to communicate with. There is no story or excuse.They came over did the drain cleaning in the marina as well as my AC ducts servicing.And top of all of they clean up after they finish up working!Thanks to Emad and Édouard!l of Kimi clean!

I booked and confirmed the date/time one week in advance. Was excited to have them come clean the ducts. They agreed to come the following weekend (on a Saturday) at a specific time. Thursday night I received a message from the guy (Emad is his name) saying he has an opportunity to book another 2 jobs at the same time and if we can move the timing of our appointment. We told him we couldnt (which is true because we scheduled our whole day and a couple of appointments based on the initially agreed upon appointment time. In summary, so rude and unprofessional! We ended up cancelling the duct cleaning, so cant say anything about the actual cleaning itself. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
