The fitters and electricians did a great job installing an air conditioner in my bedroom, No mess, no fuss, just very efficient workers. They also programmed my remote control with my internet in double quick time. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible service made booking for person to come and check on AC that wasnt cooling then on day called to check engineer was going to be there at agreed time but the number they gave me they had no clue. then called company and they didnt even have idea about the booking we made. No point to use them and he didnt even seem to understand how in the wrong he was

We call to set an appointment yesterday for tech visit because AC is not cooling in one of our apartments, we asked them to come at 6pm, theyre asking to send the location thru WhatsApp and we did immediately, then they replied, what issue I responded with the documentation of our discussion over the phone and they confirmed that they will come. I asked for the name and contact details of the technician, they didnt answer. Called them several times and they kept on declining the call. I did a couple of follow-ups and they sent contact details of Zeshan Al Naveed +971 56 750 0398. We call the number twice and he confirmed the tech visit at 6pm, and asked him to let us know if hes on the way.No technician came at 6pm, we sent messages regarding the status of tech visit and no one ever replied. Very disappointing. Unprofessional.
