This place is at the edge of Marina Breakwater is very interesting and worth to visit. First: there is countrys biggest Flag stands proud at the small green well maintained area.Second: the view of Abu Dhabi skyline from the breakwater is amazing, romantic and suitable for the pictures of all kind.Third: there are so many trendy locals demonstrating their fancy cars on Friday nights :).Some vending machines are on site, where you will find the juices, snacks and hot drinks.Unfortunately, the most beloved attraction -The Heritage village is closed now and no one knows what will happened to it :( and when it will be opened again.Also even it is popular spot, there is no sanitary facilities on site.

One the places I recall since I was born here, it calls great memories and still for many others, love this place even it has no major attractions yet great memories. All of us still go there and give it at least a pass 😊 it has many areas where you can sit with great views of the city and gulf water. A must visit in AD.

Its really nice place to go in this weather. You can enjoy full view of skyline of abu dhabi. On weekends this place is crowded however you can find space for you. If you are planning to go out with family and kids or visitors from your homeland , its great choice to go there.

Tallest flag in Abu Dhabi if Im not mistaken. Its a nice place to see seagulls during the day time. You also have a great panoramic view of the Corniche coastline from there. You can get your own chairs and do a small picnic area there as well.

If you wanna relax by waterside anytime of the day or night, this is the place. Parking is a hassle on Thursday and Friday. Good to be there when its foggy and windy.

It is first beach front promenade ever I have seen in my life in Abi Dhabi. You can find it equipped with luxurious apliences such as infinity pool and Gym and many more

The sea birds flying ard were a sight to behold. Nice view of the dhabi skyline too. Though you cant see the etihad or adnoc towers from here.

The Abu Dhabi flagpole presented several challenges due to its location at the end of a manmade breakwater on the Arabian Gulf Sea which demanded extensive piling to penetrate loose soil and seawater. Access to the site was limited due to the narrow 2 lane roadway so maneuvering the 1200 ton crane into location for the erection phase was an additional challenge. The design of the flagpole was based on a step-tapered design using straight pipe sections welded together with conical reducers every 12 meters. After onsite assembly of the sections by a team of expert welders, it was erected into place in two separate lifts. The flagpole is fitted with a high intensity aircraft warning light, camera on top, and a custom designed external lift to reach the top of the flagpole from the outside. To this day, it is often commented that this flagpole looks taller than its 123 meters due to its location on the breakwater with the Arabian Gulf as its backdrop.
