This is the best getaway in Abu Dhabi for toddlers !! They have very useful and educational games and mini workshops , its like a small city with activities for kids.. they have good package which is playing for two hours and workshop in addition a meal for kid for 150 AED ! Nice and font forget to bring your socks , the parents can sit in the coffeeshop inside while their little one enjoy playing

Great but little expensive if you have more than 1 kids..

Poor staff and liars I went with my kids for hair cut at 7:30 pm, they we’re having only 1 customer they said this is my last customer as we are closing at 8:00pm which is not right when I called the contact center they said we close at 9:00pm and it is mentioned 10pm in their website. the ladies there wants only to get rid of customers very bad customer service. Not recommended

Wonderful time for kids to stay active, minimum one and a half hour... climbing and sliding.. good amount of energy spent.

I was in Orange Wheels Al Wahda today and I am amazed with how they clean and sanitized the area. I feel safe bringing my kid in this play area. Staff are very friendly, they are fun and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Will go back again there for sure.

Great place for kids to spend time and their energy... Kids were fully occupied for the duration we were there.. they have separate areas for kids of different ages ,toddlers etc.

The receptionist is not accommodating when visitors are coming and you will feel that lady receptionist is a racist. She has different approach depending on the nationality.

Please dont use clorex for cleaning the area ,its unsafeAlot of people are having medical issues because of clorex,if you kept using it for cleaning we will stop coming and will inform your administration, as Result will loose your customers

I went for my sons first haircut.The place has hair all over the place. I literally had to ask them to clean before I can keep my belongings. There is no allocated area to take photos .hair dress was good.

So we decided to take them to best edutainment centre in town - @orangewheelsuae at @alwahdamall .The moment we stepped inside, my kids couldn’t stopped smiling, I haven’t seen them before jumping with joy😍.They have a different play area for babies, toddlers and plus.They have amazing Soft play area, play houses like, Market, Airplane, Saloon, Kitchen.. Physical activity area, Toddler Area, Activity area, Party room,They also have nice coffee shop for parents with healthy food choices for kids.Haya & Hamdan both spent majority of their time in toddlers area and loved every bit of it. An excellent location for children to play and be creative.Excellent and supportive staff does provide the children with all the assistance they require.

VERY EXPENSIVE. 90 dirhams for 90 minutes. You are not allowed to leave your child, I can fully understand as I can see their playing equipments are not that safe. Time is not flexible, even if you will not finish the 90minutes, you will still pay 90dhs. Staffs not at all friendly.

Great place to stay with children

Very shocked with the way the staff dealt with us. It was our first time there and when we reached we were informed since its a weekend we couldn’t use our Kidzapp voucher although we were able to book on the app for a weekend day. We arrived at 4:20 and we were informed that we have 90 mins to play, at 5:25 they asked my kids to leave, when I informed them that they did not tell us that the 90mins started at 4:00pm they kept going around the bush and finding excuses! All they wanted to do was get money out of us, although the cashier charged me for one child while I had 2 and I clearly told him of his mistake. Extremely disappointed and will never go there again and not recommend it to anyone.

Our daughter likes playing here, but would better if they allowed you to leave for shopping without having to pay extra, now we take her and drop her elsewhere.I cannot understand what is so dangerous about their facilities that it requires you to stay or leave a nanny for safety reasons (most just sit in the cafeteria on their phones anyway!) How does this risk mysteriously get offset by money? Other soft play areas are fully capable of managing their facilities for the safety of all children, not just the ones that pay extra.

Excellent place with great staff 👌🏼 location is excellent with easy access without having to walk through the mall.Excellent variety of activities for the kids. One of the best places in Abu Dhabi, however when it’s crowded it’s not as much fun as when it’s average.I suggest that they start using a registration system instead of filling in the details every time we go.Please consider opening in other areas of Abu Dhabi.

They rejected to use my entertainer. We were a group of around 22 kids and she gave us the normal price on Thursdays, she said that my offer is leaving your kids without mums! And also rejecting the entertainer for the same reason, which I dont find it fair as it is not mentioned neither in entertainer or the play ground conditions.

If you got kids, this is their fav spot. Not too big that youd lose them and not to small that theyd get bored. Just perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful too. A++ in my book.

The most unsafe place ever. Please think TWICE before sending your kids here. The staff are extremely unprofessional and extremely RUDE. They are not present most of the time when you need them to monitor the kids. There were extremely agressive boys playing in the little toddlers play area and even after calling for help none of the staff bothered coming to help. Our experience ended up becoming even worse at the end when my daughters shoes went missing and the staff didnt show a bit if concern at all and told us that we need to remain quite as there were other customers present. This is the worst play area weve ever been to, we will never again bring our kids nor recommend orange wheels to anyone else. The staff is a bit racist too and thats what we felt especially the lady at the ticket counter at the front her name is Ritchell. Such an unprofessional, unapologetic employee! Shocked at her behaviour.

Great for kids of all ages. Their birthday parties are excellent - staff takes care of every little detail, food portions are large and decorations are great. This is one of our top two choices for kids play places in all of Abu Dhabi.

My kid really enjoyed his time there. Thr best part that there is a small cafe inside the playing area so parents can have some coffee while their kids are playing. The staff is very friendly

Although it has variety of play areas an options for kids, but safety is way below the required for a play area. They are using hard materials, heavy equipments and many sharp edges. Kids may enjoy it but just make sure you are with them, only then i may recommend it.

For my experience with orange wheels, i used to say this is the best place in abu dhabi but for me this day was the worst day either for my kids and me.. too much kids in small place , lots of kids was shouting and fighting staff can’t control this huge number of kids and when i asked about the reason they told me it’s a group play day!!!! But sorry that will put the value for the place little bit down!

A great indoor play are for the children to play especially in the summer months when you needd to be in the cool.

I always take my 10 month old son to Orange wheels and he loves playing and learning there.

مكان واسع وممتع لجميع الفئات العمرية. الاحتفالات منظمه بشكل دقيق والمكان نظيف ومريح للغاية.Since covied 19 stratOrange Wheels are struggling with the prices each weekend they have new prices for packaging they stated with2 hours playing 125 inculcated happy meal for 1 kid.After it becomes 150 the same package.This weekend 175 the same package.I dont know why they keeping increasing the prices while others is making discounts.

A very good place with friendly staff and highly safe for kids the best part about it that it has an open plan so you can see you’re kids all the time and the food is really good and healthy but it’s very limited and they offer good for grown ups but it would be better if there was a more variety of food and the should increase the numbers of sensory play area the price is normal it’s not very expensive nor cheap
