I would like to commend Ms. Patricia and the therapists for being so professional in handling guests. They’re very polite and friendly. The service was great. Recommended for all the moms out there who wants to get prenatal massage. Me and my husband had our first visit and we’re definitely coming back! Neat and nice spa. Complimentary drinks, dried fruits and nuts was amazing. It was worth the price! Yall should try it

I love everything about the palaces spa. Highly professional staff.It would be great if they have a jacuzzi, steam room & a sauna like most of the other 5 star spas.I like the bastiens manicure & pedicure (2 hours) which is exclusive to one&only resorts and emirates palace only.I like the fresh tea, dates and dry fruits they offer after the massage 💆🏻‍♀️

This was a peaceful and tranquil space in the midst of a large hotel. The service was excellent and the ladies who performed the treatments were experienced. Very relaxing

This is the most peaceful and rewarding spa I have visited. Upon arrival at Emirates Palace Hotels spa, you will feel cared for by their seasoned staff. I felt absolutely luxurious when I reluctantly left the alluring oasis in my body and mind. The spa experience at the Hotel is truly fit for a palace.Book in advance. Parking is available right in front of the spa, though you can request a ride via golf cart, or even walk from your room.

I went with a friend and we have a really good bath and scrub and then a fantastic facial. However the massage was the worst I have had in my whole life to the point that I stood up and I said: that’s it! I paid for a massage not for this. Really bad, not recommended at all!!!! Of course management doesn’t even bother to ask what went wrong. I give them one star because there’s not an option to give them zero stars. Now I know why the charge you beforehand

My husband gifted me a days package on my birthday and I was so angry at him .I thought how could i leave the kids and go!!My babies forced me to go and Im so glad i did.Luxury at its best .The spa was impeccable .Service great.What a wonderful day!!☺️

When i book a room spa and pool and beach need to be included in price.I pay 1500 aed and spa its not included?Are you serious?The reason its that spa its privet?How its privet in public hotel?And if i need to use it its 350 aed per person?So i can use it but need to pay?Very bad.All hotels in the world i go spa its free for who book the room.Very poor service and overpriced.

It was perfect beach, pool, food, service all excellent.

A truly wonderful place. As you would expect from the Emirates Palace and even a little better :-) I had a wonderful wellness afternoon Mystic Moroccan Hammam (2.5 h). The therapist named Ram was extremely nice and service oriented and I had one of my best massages there. If time and money allow, I will treat myself to this pleasure again.

Fantastic! Hamman and spa experience in a class of its own. For massage and Hamman I can highly recommend Mrs. Sultami! I really enjoyed my treatment with her. She is very friendly, customer-oriented and accommodating and the treatment was top class !!!
