I made an appointment for my daughter for half-head highlights and they quoted me one price on the phone, which was great. But the stylist added extra things in that I was not told about, so they charged me an 50% on top of what I was quoted. That is not a professional way to do business. If extra things are added in, the client should be informed beforehand so they are aware. The highlights were okay, the foils were pretty far between each other, so there were not many foils at all for the price that I ended up paying.

Professionals and know there work well. They won’t rush the costumer even if they finish there duty. Mariam talented in hair coloring . Dareen is an expert in massage as well. Definitely will be a regular happy customer 👍👍

Worst experience. My heels were stolen in this salon. I reported it and spoke to the manager and she did not even get back to me. The place is very small so lost or stolen items should be found. Since the incident, I have not visited the salon and I don’t plan to go again. Not taking customers seriously is not the kind of service that people would want.

I go all the way from Yas Island every Friday just because i love everything about this beauty boutique. Very proficient staff and the service is beyond excellent.

The Mani-Pedicure price is overestimated, the price of combo will not be applicable if you color either your hands or feet. Very strange price policy. & the staff did not inform in advance neither they care if you complain. Overall service level is moderate.

Me and my friend arrived at 8pm and still got the best service, the staff was very friendly and the place has a calm vibe and I can’t forget to mention that they have very reasonable prices! The organic coffee hair treatment with Sumaya is highly recommended.

I’ll be fair and give them a 3 star rate for the nails service quality. However the customer service is bad. Listen to this and see if it makes sense. Now mani padis anywhere have one price if done together and color is an option but there you pay extra if you didn’t color both hands and feet it’s a “combo” thing that I was told after I finished. At first I was like consider that I did it it doesn’t make sense for me to pay more because I didn’t do it but then I had to also say that the lady who did my nails did not tell me that there was an additional price for acrylic and then she accepted that I pay for the original combo price and the acrylic. Now for me customer service is so important. She should have made me feel like she wanted me to come again and not that money was her goal. I decided never to go again as there salons with better treatment and same quality.

I waited for 20 minutes , its very hot in here , I don’t recommend it that much , but overall the service was not that bad
