Always get my haircut here, Fahim is the best, gives the right haircut that is suitable for me and always gets it exactly the same. Very clean and tidy.

Roy is such an amazing therapist and that is the only reason i go there. Rooms are too dark and with no music though

I adore girls working there. Heads up for Siri that is doing miracles with my eyebrows. I miss here so much. And all the other girls doing pedicure, manicure, massages and waxing. The best waxing ever was there. No pain at all. Girls at the reception are amazing. Especially Maria. What I dont like there is management and how they were treating employees in several occasions I was there. However, since the girls working there are amazing and the service they are providing, Ill give 5 stars.

Ladies spa: Would be 5 stars if prices were cheaper and if there was free wifi. Otherwise, it is a better experience than previous years. Staff are more friendly than before and seem happier to be at their jobs. This is probably due to the current manageress. I stopped coming here for 3 years due to previous bad experience but it is completely different now. You are offered hot and cold beverages whilst you wait or get treatments done and reception always asks your feedback on checkout. I highly recommend Sree for waxing/threading, she is awesome!

Very bad place for massage, don’t waste your money on this shop, i did 3 massage here with different employees but no one of them know how to massage right they only care about the time and want to finish like that you are a task to do im really disappointed and i will never visit you again on my life even if this is last massage shop in planet.

Worst ever u might think of.The manager of women spa needs to change.she doesnt have manager quality . She is extremely rude to her staff in front of customer. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE CHANGED PERIOD!! All the Filipino girls are amazing I love all the staff very friendly and welcoming but the manager she’s just rude and has no communication skills, a dirty attitude and racist, so basically every week I go in to wash my hair and change my nail color I always have gelish on and every time before I go in I call to book an appointment and double check with the prices so I know how much to take with me only coz I live literally above the shop, long story short I went to pay and the bill was 130 dirhams more than what I usually pay, I ask why she said because we filed your nails, I told her but that’s not what I usually pay and I always do the exact same thing, then the manager got involved, she spoke to me in Arabic because I’m emarati, I replied to her in English so that all the staff could understand what I was saying and why I was upset, she was so rude saying it’s only 130 dirhams just pay it.. i said to her I’m not gonna pay period and I’m not coming her again she replied to me saying speak Arabic because I don’t understand you,, she literally triggered me I told her well that’s your problem because I’m not paying, she just gave me her back and walked off, the other lady at the counter gave me a discount I ended up paying half what she asked for,It’s a shame how a good place like this have people like her managing it,

Had the worse experience today .. I made a booking with one stylist and got an SMS as a confirmation. And once arrived I was introduces to another stylist and when asked what happened to the stylist that I requested the manager simply tells me that she is with a client and if I want her I need to wait at least 1h for her to finish and that I cannot just request to have a haircut from a specific hairstylist!!! The manager was lacking communication skills and unprofessiona.. Idont understand what is the point of making a booking and why I cannot choose a hairstylist If I feel comfortable of trust?? I wasted my time going there for nothing .. End up having my haircut in another salon and will definitely will not go back there or recommend it!!! Very unprofessional
