Worst salon experience. I fought with the receptionist today because she mixed up the prices and charged my friends and I extra for something we didn’t do. The receptionist and other two Arab girls were laughing and not taking it seriously. Worst customer service I have ever seen. So rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The nails technicians are good but customer service ZERO. To the receptionist, don’t increase the prices or charge people extra whenever you want. Honestly the old salon management and owners were much better but after they changed everything, it became the worst salon. Thank you for your bad services.

This is a great budget spa. Wafaa is great at Moroccan Baths and Thekra is hands down a great colorist. My highlights look fantastic.They lost stars because the facility needs maintenance and the bathroom needs more regular attention.
