I went there for keratin treatment.. I got verry bad experience from their first of all their attittude to customers is verry disaster.. Then after keratin treatment from there when wash my hair 2 times it became curly and not straight as it should be i wont go there anymore

I went there for a keratin treatment... i have thick hair and they only put a teaspoon of treatment on my hair to save THEIR product i guess... paid 575 but over the phone after sending a picture it was 475. After 2 washes my roots are just as curly and not straight as it should be. Ive been doing keratins at another salon (but they closed down) so i know the treatment must atleast last 2months!!! Very bad service aswell. Took them 5hours and I left without them washing the treatment after the straighning in of the treatment! Never ever again! Dont use them for any kind of treatments! Unless you want to sit more than 6hours!!!

Ive had my natural hair, weave, and braids done here. They do a good job.

Not a very good experience... They were treating someones hair with some strong chemicals and there were bad smelling smoke everywhere.

Great for African hair; treatments, weaves and braids. Very competent and polite stylists, clean well presented space and easy to locate. Affordable pricing compared to a few others I have been to.They also offer a range of other beauty services. Operate by appointments however I have walked in a few times and was well served too.Adequate Parking available but paid.

This place cheats a lot, they change the rate depending on the nationality of the person and what they think they can get away with charging and its disgusting. I hope the owner sees this and ensures her staff stop trying to make extra cash in this way...Ive heard and seen the price of a service double based on the nationality of a client...there is a reason prices arent posted in a conspicuous location

I advise every one , bad service and bad attitude ladies they have spoiled my mood I will never be back again to Moon light cause of the bad service and bad attitude ladies regarding value for money this is the most expensive african salon comparing with the whole area african salons I would have getten same service or even better with exactly half price with other african salons in Abu Dhabi

Great Salon with amazing skilled staff. I trust them and they always satisfy me. Staff are welcoming and smiling all the time. Attentive and never disappoint me.

Moonlight Ladies Salon is nice, the ladies are good with hair. The only complaint i have is that they talk so loud and too much when working on clients. That is not professional, like three people were making my hair and all of them were talking and laughing at d same time.And i will like them to speak English when they talk to each other about my hair. They need to respect client and not call client a dear one of d ladies said to me sorry my dear a client is not your dear but a customer.

Amazing salons with an amazing staff. They did my hair so well! too bad they are not based in,Dubai. Would highly recommend to anyone with afro hair.

Alem and Tina did such an amazing job on my locs. They took their time washing, conditioning and retwisting my hair. They even served me tea! I truly appreciate the TLC!

After visiting your salon. The wax was really in a bad condition and it left bruises, scars and burns. It did affect my skin and it didnt remove the hair but it broke them. I wanted to sue the salon for the unprofessional service and products but i didnt have enough time to do.I also took pictures of the marks which they stayed for 3 weeks and untill now i have.Never go there.
