So bad experience, and too much pain I am having till now in my scalp from the lady did my hair treatment, she was doing too much tension to my hair,,the blow dry was too hot and was too close to my scalp and my face!!,,, then another lady came washed my protien withcold water , I was shivering ..this besides the lady has long nails and working without gloves ..her nails were hurting my scalp..and another lady keeps coming and holding my hair and checking my stuff without even asking me ..no privacy at all, and so expensive for this bad service!!..I will never go there again!!!

They insisted I make an appointment even though when I went it was empty. I got a manicure and pedicure and the pedicure was awful. My foot was in pain for a week and I was afraid I had an infection from them because of how deep she cut. The salon isnt clean and the staff isnt professional.

This salon is located inside Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche Hotel. I went here for a French Manicure and Pedicure recently seeing a deal on Groupon. The place is spacious and staff keeps cleaning it. I was happy with my Mani & Pedi overall but for Pedi they don’t massage your feet at all which is something they should slightly. Might go back to try other services as the place seemed nice.

My wife was praising the services provided at this saloon. So, recommended for ladies who are looking for nice saloon.

Beautiful place, excelent attention. The manicure and pedicure were flawless, Rowena is an awesome manicurist. The nail polish was low quality though, it chipped the next day. Big plus, they have free valet parking in Sofitel hotel.

Love this place! The staff is welcoming, gives you due attention which I miss in other salons I used to go earlier. I have tried the place for Manicure, Pedicure and waxing. The lady from Pakistan is great at waxing. This time Mhel did it for me and she was great. Much recommend this place!

I wish I can give zero stars. I book for hair cut, and I show her a picture. I ask her to do it like the pictures. She said yes but, the results is Disaster. She make too short with out any Layers although, the picture that I show her it is all layers

I flew into Abu Dhabi for a well deserve break and thought I would treat myself to a manicure. So I got a 179 AED voucher for a mani and pedi at Forbice Spa from Groupon. After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try as I was staying at the Khalidiya Palace on the Corniche just down the road. The Forbice spa is located in the Sofitel hotel. When I arrived at the reception I was greeted by a nice lady called Nasreen who managed to get me an appointment right away. Fatima and Angie both did my nails and I was blown away at how attentive and gentle they were! I got a foot spa, gel mani and pedi followed by hand and foot massages. It was incredible! I will definitely be coming back. I found the cost of the treatment to be very reasonable for the 5 star service that I received. Thank you!

I bought manicure and pedicure package from Groupon for my wife and she told me the absolutely horrible service she received. Everyone working in the saloon from the lady at the reception to the person who did her manicure and pedicure were very arrogant. In spite of telling the lady that it’s very painful she continue cutting her nail and it started bleeding. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Worst service you will ever receive.

Love the experience, went there for waxing and the staff was really good. Mehwish provided me her services for waxing and it was really professional. Love the overall ambience of the place, neat and clean.

My go to place for pedicure and waxing at all times. Really amazing staff. I was attended by Mhel last time and she was amazing :) Thank you Mhel. I recommend you all to opt for the Groupon voucher for waxing and come here , you wont regret. I came to know about this parlour through groupon. And since then its my regular place. Just I call the ladays there and they dont want to help I asked for the grobon offers they te me it is expired no one was helpful at all I am really sad I dont go yet and they do like that I dont advance any one to go there fro the staff behavior they spoiled my day
