5 star just for Anisa she is an amazing lady the way she treat us and the service she provides worth the money we pay. She is very professional and give us the right advice that suits our hair. Her positivity and always smiling face makes us happy. I wish she trains other staff in how to provide service and how to deal with clients. That really make us always come back.

It was my first time visiting this saloon. They have good offers but average quality overall and customer service is pathetic. It felt like they just care about money. Staff is well trained with services they offer but didnt like the ladies at customer service in the reception. This needs to be changed and also please least you can offer is water to the customers.

It was such an amazing experience with Anissa ,,I usually go to other saloons but because of Anissa I will be coming to the same saloon and take her advice in anything about hair,,am really happy and satisfied she made my day,,she should be the employee of the month 🤍

I went in for hair colour and cut. It was my first time meeting Noor. She is super pleasant had lovely conversation with her and did a wonderful job with the hair colour. Originally I had gone in for a red colour and she had suggested we go for something a little bit different because of my skin tone and my hair type. It’s turned out wonderful and I’m really happy with the results. Thanks Noor for your wonderful customer service and kind personality.

Expensive for OK quality of services. Only good thing about it is that the manager usually has promotions. The henna is very nice but expensive. I wanted to consult the facial specialist about which facial to do and she kept insisting that it is my own face, that I should know and choose. I am asking for help, why not provide?

Worst Salon i’ve ever been to .. موظفات الاستقبال وقحات، المكان مش مريح حق وحده ياية تدلع عمرها اخر الاسبوع.. وايد غالي بالنسبه لخدمه سيئة .. سويت منكير بدكير و لون و مساج ريل ١٥ دقيقة و تريتمنت الجلي .. نوع الproduct سيء كوني مجربه عند وايد اماكن داخل و برع الدولة و اسعارهم مع ان جودتهم عالية ما كانت جي غالية نفس هني .. يوم سوت لي مساج في ريولي ورمت لي ياهم ما رمت امشي .. قلت لهم يقصون لي الcuticles و خربولي ظفوري و مش قاصينهن عدل .. و المناكير فيه فقاعات يوم نشف و مش حاطتنه عدل على الأطراف … و لا حطت عليه top coat …و في ثلاث اماكن للمنكير بدكير و يوم ييت بقعد بالنص قالولي ما يصير عشان كوفيد مسكر ولا يت وحده و قعدوها عدالي بنفس المكان اللي كنت بقعد فيه ؟!!؟؟؟؟؟ سيء سيء سيء اتمنى يتعدل .. 😬
