Ive been there two times in two different experiences, dinner & Breakfast. Fabulous restaurant, great service and great quality of food as well, authentic Turkish cuisine and mediterian. I enjoyed being there, it is cosy and comfortable to spend family time there. Staff are understanding and friendly. I strongly recommend it. Being someone who has lived in Turkey for many years, I can tell you that this is one of the most authentic Turkish restaurants in town. The place is huge and they have a wide variety of amazing Turkish food.The chef (Cahit Usta) is great, I just asked the waitress to say hi to the chef and he came outside to my table asked me if I needed anything and even sent complementary baklava and tea.Super humble and nice person, as expected from Turkish people!Highly recommended!P.S. they also offer shisha and have a great cosy place to sit.

Its very big is size and space and lot of sitting area. For smokers and non smokers. Out for and indoor. I love this place in winter. Lot of Turkish food available here. Its basically a Mediterranean cuisine 😍 You can even enjoy relaxing there with friends and have a coffee.

Excellent Cafe. When we went there on Friday evening, it was quite busy. However, whole team is pretty efficient and makes sure that everyone is properly attended.Finding parking is little challenging but still manageable.Food was great. Taste, value for money, service, all was good.Lots of people were having shisha so if you dont like shisha or smoke from shisha is a health issue for you , this place is probably not the best for you.Overall we had a great experience.

It’s not perfect for People who likes to eat Turkish breakfast, no Turkish atmosphere, breakfast is too poor.We were 4 people so we choose to take 2 of the breakfast for two.One type of jamOne type of honeyBread only one and you need to wait for too long to have another one.Cheese borek was so bad or actually the one we had it was not the Turkish cheese borek as I noticed from the other family they came after us and they told the waiter “take it and get us the correct round Turkish cheese borek”.Only egg they are providing separate egg plate for each one but egg with suguk is with extra charge.only tea will be provided no juice.If you like milk to be added for the tea be aware that it’s changed also, and they didn’t inform us about that until we had our receipt we noticed that.Plates and glasses were smellyService is normalI’m kind of person who likes to have good treatment not normal one specially that it was my daughter’s birthday and I informed them once we arrived.If you are commenting about anything they look at you that you are coming of Mars.

My favorite place!!! Great people serving with respect. The menu options are very good and everything we have tried was really tasty and the cooking was good. We have tried shawarma, pides, chicken etc etc. Every time they come really fast and very tasty! Recommend the baklava with the ice cream. Its a really busy place and I can understand this!!!

Very delicious Turkish and Mediterranean Food . Weve tried the pistachio kebab,Adana kebab, Muhamarra and Zaatar salad. They were great but a bit spicy. Weve tried thier sweets also. Baklava with ice cream is the best. The fresh bread with appetisers is yummy. I liked the music and songs in the background too. Theyve added joy to the experience. Prices are moderate. Highly recommended.I dont know why they stopped to give tea for free 😁😁😁

We tried Otantik breakfast for two and it was good! Not the best in Abu Dhabi but good enough, the 4th star is for the service, the staff were very attentive and were ready all the time to attend our requests, noting that we had a toddler it was a bit messy! The breakfast for two was little short in quantity but was good in quality, the cheese selection was ok, eggs portion was tiny, honey and butter were tiny too! Tea pot was large and tasty! The bread was so delicious you can eat it alone and be happy!! I didnt try any additional sweets this time! Next time will be for dinner!!

Hola,Had a great time with turkish cusine, restraunt is big staff are nice, specially eliyaaz who assisted us.We order sea food sizzler and steak ....Steak was great but fish was having that smell natural smell of fish which should not be there if fish is fresh or chef need to work on it. Had the great pleasure of hosting my 60th birthday dinner at this restaurant. A super decision as the food was absolutely fabulous aromatic, tasty and well presented. The service was prefect with hot fresh replenishes served in time, a challenge given the size of the restaurant and the group. The delicious mezze platter set the scene for a brilliant 6 course dinner. Could not fault with any of the items served with the stuffed mushrooms and the casserole lamb requiring a special mention along with the mezze platter.Highly recommend the placed for the food, service and ambiance. Special mention for Shanker who assisted with the menu and also was in charge of the service.

Got the otantik breakfast for 2 for 3 people :) it was enough for all of us, not to mention fun to come up with our own concoctions of different flavors!

As always, a great experience with great food. The breakfast for one is a must try, variety of cheese and cream included. They got outdoor seats also. Shisha is available as well.

The restaurant serve Turkish cosine in Delicious way, serve it with fresh Bread made by them and they also serve Shisha. The staff is friendly, active and corroborative, parking is available most of the time, weekend will be crowded and expect to wait for seating. I liked mostly the ShawermaThe location is good opposite Abu Dhabi Mall.Its better to visit them when the outside seating is open which exclude the summer season.

This is one of the best food in town, mouth watering turkish food. You dont need to think what to order you can try anything and it will blow your mind.It was busy Friday however they offered excellent service and comfortable seating.The assistant and the restaurant manager came to our table and they welcome us very kindly. Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi city, this Turkish cafe is so spacious and grand in its existence that a lot of sitting area is reserved both indoor and outdoor and that too really big with a lot of room. They serve Mediterranean and Turkish cuisines. Most of their staff members were Turkish and few Asians so there was a little communication gap with the Turkish ones but still they were so presentable and attentive to what you say. We tried their signature bread with different salads n dressings. Their bread was so good and soft that our kids too loved that one. It was so good that we asked for more when we were done with that. We had their fattousch and Mediterranean salads and I must say that was one of the best fattousch salad that I have tasted in Abu Dhabi. It was so flavorful and good that words won’t do justice. Then we had their manakesh (they had specific name for that which I have totally forgotten) and it was divine in taste. Amazingly delicious and precision in taste was ensured. We also had their chicken pizza and chicken tikka. Chicken pizza was quite different and good one. It wasn’t like the conventional pizzas that we eat normally in different cafes. It was very different and surprisingly great in taste. Their entire cafe was super clean and tidy all the time. The servers were good and polite. Their manager was hospitable and very much attentive and their chef was so good in making the best of Turkish cuisine that one can expect. They have brought a little Turkey in Abu Dhabi. They also offer sheesha if anyone is up for that. It’s a must visit place.

I been more than 15 times in this restaurant. Otantic was my favourite places for food. I introduced this restaurant to so many friends of mine and recommended to my colleagues at work until I had a really bad experience with waitresses. I had a dinner and ask a waitress to recommend me not too sweet cake after food as I dont like sugary desserts. The waitress recommended me a blueberries cheesecake. It was a real rubbish. Tasteless. Full of butter and zero taste of cheese. I told the waitress that the cake is really bad and not what I was asking for and what he recommended. He just replied -Sorry.No action been taken. No replacement offered. I spoke to another waitress and he just ignored my words. Truly bad customer service. In another restaurant they would find solution and offer something else but in Otantic was a total ignorance and disaster. Very disappointed. Will never be back again.

Nice place, nice food, very friendly people BUT Turkish Tea is too expensive AED 12 for small tea and green tea Lipton for AED 18 is too much. All the Turkish restaurants offer the unlimited Tea for free or with reasonable price, or at least tea pot.

Had dinner here last night and the place is fantastic! Food was top quality and the service outstanding, special thank you to our waiter in the white shirt (wish we knew his name) but he was very friendly, attentive and had very good recommendations of what to order. Great atmosphere sitting outside to enjoy delicious Turkish food all at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend visiting here for food or even just tea and coffee.

The food is delicious, portions large and staff very polite. We go there about once a week and it never fails to deliver. I highly recommend the mezes (mutabal in particular), pistachio kebab and peanut milkshake. Reasonable prices. You may need to wait a few minutes to be seated but can wait at a table indoors rather than by the entrance. My friends enjoy the melon shisha. The only slight drawback is the location, very close to the boulevard. Its a socialising place, not excessively noisy but not ideal if youre looking for an intimate quiet spot.

Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. First we asked for a certain table that was empty and they told us sorry you are only 2 and this is a table for 4. After that, just as we sat somewhere else, they let 2 people sit on that table we wanted... Then we ordered breakfast for 2, fresh bread came ice cold, took one bite to check it then I asked to replace it with fresh hot bread and the waiter took the first bread, heated it and brought it back ... then I asked again for fresh bread and they did the same thing with the first old bread again then I asked for it to be replaced for gods sake... finally they replaced it... and now, my food is ice cold ... I put 1 star because 3 star is a standard service and this was way below the standard... It is sad that I would get a better service from a tea cafe.

It is like Im trying it from cheap Cafeteria.I ordered it by car, the order took approx 20 mins to be ready.The price is Good.Parking is available, but you need to search sometimes. paid parking.

The worst experience we had.We were having breakfast and accedintly spilled the tea over the table. They cleaned the table and removed everything including the breakfast. Although I informed the waiter that the tea didnt touch the breakfast and he could leave it cause we didnt eat from yet, he still removed it and when we asked to for a replacement, they refused and said they will consider as new order. We asked to speak to the supervisor in charge, he refused to comeover and talk to us. They dont know anything about customer service and satisfaction.
