We tried Medi Terra for breakfast, and its probably now my favorite breakfast spot in Abu Dhabi. I got the short rib Benedict and tiramisu latte. My husband got the Medi Terra omelet and croissant French Toast. Everything was delicious! Well be back for sure!

Polite and good service. Food in the regular rate. Coffee and dessert are nice however they need to improve smoothies because was a lot of yogurt ice cream and few fruit.

Great location and ambiance perfect place to relax and chill facing the waters and boats while watching the sunset. Very accommodating and swift staff, they made sure we had everything that we needed. When it comes food, their pizza, lasagna and starters are scrumptious plus Medi Terras milk shake and desserts is heavenly luscious. Highly recommended!

Authentic Medi Terra (Italian) Cuisine. The food is made of fresh ingredients and everything is made from scratch as they describe it (Slow Food). A lot of the recipes are family owned.I liked the decore and vibes are as if youre in the southern part of Italy. The staff is awesome friendly and have Italians working in the restaurant.

The menu was super tempting!But, Since the whole family is on a kind of dieting spree, we went light on food and more on juices!! But if you aren’t on any dieting, you have super amazing choices and you will surely be in a fix, on what to choose! A really lovely place, the decor is very pretty. A small menu, mainly pizza and pasta but a nice place to visit for a casual lunch. Service was absolutley amazing, hence the 5 star rating.

Today was a lovely lunch with a view at Medi terra in Marsa Al bateen Abudhabi. Such a lovely vibe and friendly Crew specifically Mounia . The salmon risotto and truffle pizza are not to miss. Will definitely be coming back, and recommend it to all.

Service was very excellent and James was very accommodating not only to us but to the other customers as well. He had the right balance of friendliness and efficiency! The best Mediterranean restaurant in Abu Dhabi and by far they got the best fresh calamari in house and prepared daily fresh with an amazing sauce and tasty flavors. Let’s not forget the seafood pasta and other appetizers, wow!!! The view and the sunset by the harbor makes it all. You will feel you are in Italy or Greece....

Worst experience ever. Food and service are terrible. 2 waitresses running around to serve all of the tables. I ended up getting up to help with getting the food to the table as it was waiting there to be picked up. I asked the barista to give me the water that I ordered and she just stood there looking at me as if I was talking another language and she continued doing what she was doing ignoring my ask while I was standing thereI really blame the owners and the managers for such a terrible experience. Never again

Italian taste with freshly made dishes,- Location: good- Food: I tried only the burger, it was tasty and freshly made. (I can’t judge the whole menu, but I’m quite sure they do serve tasty fresh food)- Price: taking in considerations the location and area and food, I believe prices is good.- Ambience: nice and quiet, but it could be better with adding some life to the place.They do have good outdoor seating area facing the water.- Service: good welcoming staff, but still feels like needs more attention by adding at least 1 waitress on the floor.- Cleaning: clean and following precautionary measures.Try it and discover more 😁

Yummy fresh food with good quality ingredients. Well-priced kids menu and quite a few vegetarian options. Outdoor seating in the Marsa marina area with nice music playing. It is a fairly new restaurant, so still seemed to be finding their feet with the service. Pizzas were not available when we were there. Ill definitely be back though as it was very nice overall 😊

Nice restaurant, food was good, tasty.We were the only people in there though at about 6.30pm. Which was surprising given how busy Napo gets (it was full at the same time, we tried to go there first).Service was great, attentive.The pasta was really nice, great sauce. The Calzone could have had a bit more filling & cooked a longer. Only slightly let down by the Calzone but otherwise a 5*.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I have been meaning to post a review for a while but forgot, I just remembered how bad an experience I had and I felt the need to share it. I found the cutlery and plates were not clean. I also found a used napkin with bubblegum in its center. I then went to the rest room to wash my hands and there was no soap.. When bringing all this to the staffs attention they were in different. When I said i was not happy and that I was going to leave, the waitress said fine, so I didn’t have my meal and left.

Had a very delicious dinner delivered to my doorstep. ordered for pizza and it was amazing and better than i could imagine. will recommend MEDI TERRA to everyone who wanna try authentic italian. cant wait to visit

Great location, nicely furnished, food is fresh and has an interesting variety (not the standard menu as you have them in most other places) and staff is very friendly and professional. All in all a great experience and already marked as one of my new favorite places.

During this CoVid 19 quarantine, I discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant. Eva and her team have been amazing from the time we order to the time of delivery. Her recommendations have been helpful and each time the food choices has been amazing, so good! The delivery is efficient, with a sense of care and safety. The food arrives piping hot and fresh.We will continue our Friday nites with Medi Terra to help support local businesses. #staysafe

Restaurant had only 2 table of people when we arrived, yet somehow the staff was still swamped enough to not send any of our food out together, or to tell one of the people eating with us that they were out of the salmon he ordered until a full 30 minutes passed and half the table got their good. Was hoping the food would at least make up for the slow service, but if Im being honest it was pretty Medi Ocre.As for the service itself, the wait staff was very unaopolagetic regarding the situation, constantly making excuse after excuse, reiterating how swamped they were with a restaurant that only had 3 active tables. They were slow to own up to the issue at hand, and thought a good solution would be to comp food we hadnt even received (remember the salmon?). If I had to be honest, the service was Medi Terrible.Overall, wouldnt come back. Not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews, but its definitely not the same place I went to.

First time eating here. Service was outstanding. Waitress was very helpful and delightful to talk to. Food was amazing.

Poor service, but the most shocking part of our experience was the management. As a cafe manager myself, I thought the defensiveness and attitude from staff was completely unacceptable. There were no simple apologies, only excuses. A waitress told us that the poor service was not her fault. These were basic mistakes that any customer service professional should not make. Its a shame — even though we enjoyed the food (at least, the food we received), the abysmal customer service completely ruined our experience.To the manager: next time you receive complaints from customers, your response should be I take full responsibility. Anything less is just offensive.
