I highly recommended the fish Tacos. The food was very fresh and the atmosphere was exquisite. This was a very beautiful place to set and enjoy the scenery and talk with the local people. I hope to come back to this island one day and eat at Maxines again.

Teasty food 😋

I have visited Mijana many times this year and I will continue to go back. The food is the best Lebanese I have tried in the UAE... I have yet to find something on the menu I do not enjoy. I would say though that the lamb chops are a stand out and a must try! Not only is the food consistently excellent, but the service is exemplary as well and what really makes Mijana most enjoyable. I have been several times with family and friends and also for business meetings and the service is always excellent.

Went for a meal after work and as this restaurant is next to the hotel we decided to eat there. A very very good choice and both meals were superb. We also ordered jam bread with cheese and garlic . The experience was fantastic! We are fussy eaters and the food was exquisite!!! Great flavours, hot and we were treated extremely well.

Lovely and cozy place . The food is amazing

The restaurant is situated at the lower level of the hotel and is easy to find. Decor is modern and the service excellent. We chose individual dishes but family style would work well as well. The dishes are nicely sized and the tastes tremendous. If we had stayed there longer we would probably have gone back there.

Good range of options/dishes and the staff made some excellent recommendations. Starters and initial dishes were of great quality, well presented and really tasty. For the mains they were generous in portion, well cooked and tasted fantastic. Great atmosphere and service - definitely recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing evening with some good food.

I have been to many restaurants worldwide over the past six decades, but nothing to compare with our experience at, amazing food and amazing staff. The restaurant manager Mr. Hussain and his team left a long lasting impression with us. My daughters who are currently studying at Kings College London, flew to Abu Dhabi for the summer holiday and have been totally amazed with this great time, great food, great staff.

Beautiful elegant place. Delicious food! A bit pricey but expected.

We had lunch at this restaurant by the Pool of the Ritz Carlton Hotel Grand Canal Abu Dhabi. There was a fixed menu and the meal was on point from starters to desert. The service was just as good as the food . It was also quite reasonable for a set menu and we were very full after the meal , and not to mention very satisfied and the weather could’nt be more perfect for a poolside lunch.

I used to visit Mijana frequently but on my most recent visit, I figured the food quality had dropped significantly and there was no care factor in serving us the food.The breads were cold and hard. The falafel was very average as you would get anywhere. Hummus was super oily. I can go on but hope they improve and get back to their original mijana.

The food is good. The music is like hearing ten people giving birth simultaneously and mic’d up toLoudspeakers with terrible satanic dubstep music Being blasted.I cannot describe with words how awful and loud the live musician was. I’m sure even Helen Keller would have had a fit and complained.

Great experience, quiet and friendly staff. My Egyptian shisha staff was so funny and a great liverpool supporter!! Lol but overall good fun and good atmosphere. (Do not get sparkling water though)

During our recent stay at the Ritz Carlton we dined at the Mijana Lebanese restaurant. We hadn’t tried Lebanese before and were not disappointed. The food was fabulous, service excellent and the surroundings really comfortable and relaxing. I must give special mention to Mijana’s manager Hussain who took great care of us and of course our friend Nuwan who despite been very busy took the time to come and have a few words with us. Thank you Hussian and Nuwan, we look forward to seeing you again during our next stay.Gerry & Darina.March 2019.
