I liked falafel, hummus beiruti, Fattoush, cheese fatayer, batta harra, fried vegetables and sandwiches. Their specialities r dynamite shawarma. Timely delivery. Neat packaging.

I lov maroosh food. Love their hot potato and their hummus and vine leaves. Though they have been cost cutting and reducing the portions specially in vine leaves. Will for sure order more or better to visit the restaurant as the food is best when its freshly cooked.

The restaurant along Defense Road is not very big. Theres about 4 or 5 tables inside. Try your luck dining Al fresco but make sure you are properly bundled up as the weather lately has been chilly.Weather might be cold but the warmth of how the staff took care of us compensated it all. Food was superb 😍😍 and Instagram worthy 😂😂.Introduced the place to friends and got a seal of approval. 👍👍👍

I have ordered bbq from this restaurant many time in all quantities their personal plate, half kg and full kg but I think their serving is always less compared to other restaurants around and they charge more..

I visited Maroosh Abu Dhabi mall. I ordered the mixed grill which comes with fries. I asked the manager to replace the fries with rice because it is a healthier option for me and she refused saying that it is « Maroosh Standard ». I questioned that many restaurants respect customers dietary concerns and they would meet it and just replace fries with rice but she just said the same it is the standard and she does not have authority.I ordered the mixed grill and told her to remove the fries. I called Maroosh contact numbers to raise a complain and sees that it will go to junk.Anyhow, they just lost a customer and will never buy from them again.

Good place in AboDhabi to test traditional Lebanese meals-You can order meals and sandwiches- Their meals taste good and I think, it is fresh.- Arabic shawarma meal and chicken liver sandwich are a good choice in this place..The place is not that comfortableFurniture colors harmonic.They are alittle bit slow in make orders, it take about 15 to 20 minutes in average.(they say cause it is fresh).The prices is not that high, you can take a meal for 25 AED.At all it was a good experience

The food was good.. order 1/2 kg mix grill with appetizers such as salad, Humous & Garlic Thoum.. nice atmosphere.. clean & tidy sitting. Prices are some how slightly on higher node. Approx cost for single person could lead to Dhs: 55-60 per head. The restaurant has limited sitting no family area..its a mix gathering. It has a small single washroom for F&M. The Toilet condition reflects the cleanliness of any Restaurants Kitchen. It was though cleaned but with no wc seat, could be broken but hasnt replaced. I would recommend in Lebanese cuisine.

Value for money restaurant. Food is tasty and presented well. Proper attention given to the customer. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and is neat as well. However I wasnt provided the 15% discount for ADCB card as claimed in their Zomato page

We ordered Mix Grill meal for delivery. The meal packing was creative and very practical. The portion was very enough for a person with pickles, fries, hummus, and Arabic bread.The delivery was on time.The mix grill taste was delicious.I find it pricely, but when we made our order they have 20 or 30% discount on zomato so the price was very reasonable for us.

The worst ever i have been .. the staff there are rude . They behave as if dey provide free food .Dont let fooled by photos of the restaurant . They hardly have 4-6 tables andNot really clean

Overpriced, and certainly far from the best standards of Lebanese cuisine available in Abu Dhabi. Unlike the one on istkilal st, this branch doesnt have a baking oven and so doesnt serve fresh khubz (Arabic bread) either, which I consider to be an absolute must for any self respecting Lebanese restaurant. Overall, Ive no reason to repeat the experience

Grilled chicken was okay, I specifically ordered a well done chicken, but its kinda burnt. The side dish were okay..I would definitely order it again.. The lemon and mint juice was too sour, I have to put a lot of water and sugar to balance it out.. Fast delivery. Thank you.

Its good... food quality is good tasty .. in my opinion they should be more generous with plates of appetizers... its very small a d too expensive ... nothing come with your meal .. you have to ask separate for a y appetizer .. which is not good ..But with all of that I am still in love with their shawarma

GOOD ARABIC FOOD RESTURANT

I have been eating from maroosh from 16-17 years.its not the same anymore.they have increased the price of their shawarma to 8 AED , which I dont complain at all given the current average market price of shawarma, but the size of khubuz(arabic bread used for shawarma) has decreased drastically & the shawarma is mostly empty, mostly with other fillings apart from the meat/chicken. I hope they can look to rectify the above and give customers value for money.

The last day of Ramadan, we ordered an hour and half before iftar and after iftar time I had to go myself pick-up the food as they did not answer calls.When I am home I found the worst surprise, like they trashed the food in the container. A tasteless food that cost me AED 93 for a less quantity than 3 sandwiches in plates.

Maroosh is one of the oldest Restaurants in Abu Dhabi. We always use to come here when we were young and still go here. They have great daily dishes and a large selection of Arabic food. Alway nice to go and eat there.

Maroosh is one of the oldest Lebanese restaurants in Abu Dhabi, most of these restaurants gained their reputation since there were no many places that sells Shawarma.So basically its a matter of luck, if the Shawarma chef is good youll get a good Shawarma and if bad youll get whats bad from it.Now because its not easy to find a Shawarma chef, you will always end up with coincidences. One day its the best Shawarma ever and one day youll swear itll be your last time to get one from them.Theres no standardisation when it comes to such profession.

Good authentic traditional Lebanese / Syrian style Shawarma. Lamb and chicken were both very good.Same applies to the falafel and lamb cubes skewer.The price is incredibly reasonable compared to all the new places popping up charging ridiculous prices. Here I paid a total of AED13.5 for 1 lamb shawarma + 1 falafel sandwich.Highly recommended.

Food is very delicious. but its pricey !I would recommend Shesh-Ta-wok (chicken), Halomi cheese sandwich, and Arabic salad (not in the menu).

My best Lebanese restaurant experience in Abu Dhabi. Very good food quality, nice service from the staff and the manager, and unbelievably cheap. Recommend especially for employees and singles living in Abu Dhabi for their lunches during the lunch break.I cannot imagine that someone would serve the same quality of food at cheaper prices. For example, you can order 1 of the daily main dishes ... the meal is quite enough for one person and its so tasty, you will get 1 one soft drink or water, a soup or salad is served prior or with the meal, the way the staff treats you is good, you will get 1 sweet dish after you finish, and all of that at 26.25 Dhs inclusive of VAT.There other branches in Khalidia, Khalifa A and Shamkha.

Being a weekend, the place was overcrowded hence, the service suffered big time. The taste of food has also gone down. The management must get their acts together to revive past glory of this once famous restaurant located on Defense Road, Abu Dhabi.

Vary bad service and vary bad chef, if he don’t like a customer he will throw the food in the ground or spit on it.
