The worst service, I have taken just 2 doses of the vaccine and it shows on al hosn that I took the 3rd dose despite I didnt. They never answer any of their calls and after several calls they gave me a WhatsApp number to contact them and they advised that it will take 15 days to get it fixed which is gonna cause me a lock down after the 20th of September!

I wish I could give a zero rating for these people. I am following up with th for more than a month now for deleting the 3rd dose vaccine entered in al hosn app due to an error from VPS end. They simply dont bother to fix it. The same issue when happened with ADSCC they fixed it just in 1 day. Never go there for vaccine or any other procedures as of anything goes wrong their customer care is pathetic.

I took vaccination from lifecare mussaffa. But in alhosn app its showing 3 dose of vaccination 1feb, 2 feb, 22 feb. Due to the wrong updation from the hospital team im not able to took the 3rd dose of booster. Very poor customer satisfaction. Im not recommending vaccinations through VPS

Due to wrong vaccination status (third dose was recorded in Al Hosn app mistakenly) from VPS healthcare (Tajmeel Aldar). No assistance to rectify the issue there was a whatsapp number provided to contact the assigned team from Health care facility to resolve the issue. But no acknowledgement no response whatsoever. Waiting to have my booster shot .Unbelievable and planing report to MOH and or any other authority who could look into this issue.

The purpose of this letter . I take a two-dose vaccine from LLH hospital Muroor road Abu Dhabi,my first vaccine on 31-12-2020 ( LLH hospital Muroor road Abu Dhabi)And the second dose did on 23-01-2021 ( LLH hospital Muroor road Abu Dhabi)But in my ALHOSN app doesn’t show my second dose and the first dose showed as the second dose vaccinated dateI went two three time directly to the hospital they give some nmber and they also not responding .Two-three times they picked and promised me this will be fixed within three days till now I don’t have any updatesthat time i couldnt take my third dose bcz of thisfor humanitarian consideration please do something regarding this situation as you know without two-dose vaccination details I couldnt come back to UAEPlease give me the feedback

Have taken COVID-19, 2nd dose on 3rd Feb from Mushrif Mall, but in Alhosn app, it shows I have taken 2nd dose on 02nd Feb, & 3rd dose on 3rd Feb, because of this incorrect data entry I not able to take my booster dose. Contacted Vps but till now issue is not rectified.

Had an issue with Medeor Hospital Abu Dhabi. They badly delayed the PCR Certificate. Called VPS Call center 03 times and thankfully was promptly assisted by outstanding professionals ANJU VARGHESE and her floor supervisor KIRAN ... Thanks to them, my wife was able to make her flight...

I have a report in Radiology department, I called VPS 4 times asking them to sned the report to my email address after giving a request at the hospital as well, at the end of the day and after 6 hours of follow-up I got a request to wait until next day.

Very bad behavior from the staff when I sent for the second vaccine. I took the first vaccine from the same group of hospital, I took day off so I can get the second vaccine and went to the centre near my home. After standing in the line for more than an hour i was informed that they wont do it for me as I have to go to the same place even though its under the same group.. Its not that which made me feel bad.. Its the was your staff putting things across to your clients.. Its like we are coming to beg for something. Please dont treat your clients like slaves..

I have had the worst with this network . First was when I booked the NT scan and they sounded unknowlegable and I could be the one calling for follow up even after Several mails . Second worst is when I did my Covid vaccination and the lady was very rude and put my second dose as first dose . Until now iam hustling to get my information updated just because of their mistakes . To hell with this network

All I can say you I am vaccinated in Burjeel hospital SMBZ and it’s almost 50 days until now and I didn’t recived E icon in hosn app... I raised the complain twice still no response... one of the worst experiences in hospital.

No stars!I am waiting for more than 2 weeks for a laboratory report. Whenever I follow up every call center agent says we are not sure when it will be ready. When I request a call back from laboratory and manager, no response. pathetic customer care. Never recommend VPS healthcare to anyone.

One of the worst hospital i can say... i have done my both vaccine in VPS and its more then 40 days and until now i didnt not received the (E) icon and always told my siblings not to get vaccine in VPS... i will never visit VPS 👎🏼

Poor services, nobody in the hospital owns the responsibility, passing the buck to each other, fighting with each other. Ran around for my COVID-19 TEST RESULT more than 36 hours, hospital visits, infinite number of calls. Avoid at all cost.

I took my first vaccine from Mushrif as I informed same day I can choose second dose for Medeor or LLH but now when I went for second dose they are treating me like an alien.i was advised to go to same centre but its closed for renovations or shifting in Mushrif.One of the LLH receptionist told confidently today only i.e on 6 Feb these rule implemented.Very bad experience as everyone has lack of time because time is money.I am really upset such a big group but no care.

I am really sorry to provide this rating to such a reputed hospital from a legendary group, but I am so disappointed with my experience that I am compelled to provide this poor rating and share my experience. I was one of the first to register myself & my spouse and get both of us (Covid) vaccinated from LLH Musaffa. My 2nd vaccine was done on the 2nd January and after completion of 1 month, when I was not recieving the exemption update in Al Hosn, when I contacted customer service of Al Hosn & SEHA, I was informed that LLH has not yet updated my 2nd dose of Covid Vaccine in SEHA system for the last 1 month. When I contacted LLH contact centre I was informed such delays are to be expected.... Delay for 1 month???? That speaks volumes of their justification for the delay. I visited the hospital and got the same reply that delays are to be expected. Now I am left with no other option other than waiting for them to upload their reports as per their convenience and left at their mercy. Now I really started believing that I should have opted for SEHA vaccination rather than relying otherwise. I hope to receive some sort of communication from the management to investigate into this issue &- provide an appropriate solution for me.

I had covid swab in LLH and informed me that I will receive my result within 24 hours. I tried to call LLH call center how many attempts but no response. For the last attempt one person in the vps call center answered me and he really help me. I really appreciate him. We need this kind of person who can really help others in the midst of pandemic. Thank you very Mr. Louie from call center. VPS is very lucky to have a staff like him.

The call center is completely unaware of what the policies are. That s a reflection of a very poor management. I called several times and was told that i can get a FAZAA discount on the PCR test. After taking my whole family (with an infant and a baby) to Medeor i was told that they dont offer FAZAA discount. Wont recommend doing PCR test at MEDEOR !!

Very bad experience, if theres an option for zero rating I will do that. I visited the hospital last Friday in internal medicine and as doctors advise I have to see nephrology, so I book appointment for both yesterday they cancelled my appointment for internal medicine and today when I came here in Abu Dhabi that cancelled my appointment for nephrology as well. I was requesting them for serval times as I am traveling from qusahwira Saudi border.truely bad
