Had my first visit today , its so quiet, Dr. Jignesh Patel is a friendly gentleman who have done my treatment. I would suggest to have someone downstairs as a receptionist to guide the patients where to go and also the registration process should be a bit quicker

I had a PCR test yesterday around 3PM and I was told that I will get the reports within 24-48 Hrs. But to my surprise I got the report via email and sms around 12AM only.There was some issue in viewing & downloading the report. But with the Agent support from WhatsApp around 5 am in the morning; I am able to resolve and download the report.Appreciate the Great Support and resolving the issue during my requirement. 👍👍👍

Very BAD SERVICEI was very dissapointed to the service of this clinic. I visited twice to Dr. Akbar Mohamad - the Specialist Orthopaedic due to my back pain problem.i had an xray then he told me to do the MRI procedure so he sent a request to my insurance telling me that i will recieve a call once the request is okey but i was the one calling them 3 time already and even until now no calls from them its been 3 months since i visited this doctor .. they did not do their part properly because until now i did not receive any call or anything... so i just wasted my money for the consultation to this clinic... so i decided to visit Lifeline hospital which is better.. so i dont recommend this clinic specifically the orthopaedic department.. you will only be disappointed..

Takes years for someone to take your call for appointments especially in the Dermatology department.

Facility is not that big but the service is superb. Physicians and nurses really take care of the patients. Physiotherapy service is excellent. They really listen to the complaints of the patient and do everything they can to help the patient return to their normal routines.

Good but dont forget to take an appointment, it will take longer if you dont take an appointment

Very bad place i went to ent dr sath it was small ear infection he was watching me crying from pain and he said catfast is wrong ! For pain and give me pandol I spent 3 days with him suffering from pain and he give me wrong medicine, I went emergency twice at night then went another dr and he told me all the medicines wrong and give me another simple medicine and feel better, not recommended place

I have been going to this hospital every week for the past 2 months and each time I keep getting dissapointed. I book an appointment each time, and purposely ask for the first appointment. I go 10 minutes early, but they keep me waiting for 30 minutes to an hour before I get to see the doctor. So you wonder what is the point of appointments. Other people without appointments come and get served before me. What makes the experience even worse is the fact that no one bothers to inform you why there is a delay. The last time i went ans this happened, i asked the receptionist and she said that there must be a patient with a big problem hence the delay. This excuse would suffice once, but it cant happen all the time, even though the receptionist informed me that im the first patient.Very unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this hospital if your patience wears thin.

Less waiting time efficient doctor and you can really see that they are taking care patient safety and Quality. Recently they have been passed JCI accreditation.

Reception staff needs to be more professional in Musaffah clinic , I have seen them avoiding English speaking or non Arabic speaking people on many occasions, also doctors should avoid casual chat with patients specially when there are patients in waiting ... lets not forget there are many clinics now in Musaffah and many patients have them covered in insurance card

Real Bad Experience. I delivered C-Section on the 9th March 2016 and it was REALLY BAD: 1. They give u the baby in ur room full time right after delivery and even if u are very tired. 2. The food is REALLY BAD and u cant even eat it. The tea comes clod. 3. The nurse wrote a discharge for me before the doctor even sees me or change on my operation place!!!! 4. They didnt give the baby the vaccine in the fist day because they needed the father to go and buy the vaccine from the pharmacy as the insurance for the mom dores not cover the cost for the bay vaccine. They could just added it to the over all bill!!!! 5. I asked for a meal for the company partner. The lady stayed waiting for me (the patient) to pay the cost. They could have just added it to the bill. 6. Cleaning the rooms was really BAD.I would NOT recommend this hospital to any one and this is a very new experience.

The service was very poor. I had to visit the womens clinic in Mussafah, and the hospital was contacted on the phone and accepted. I waited two hours in the clinic, but the doctor was not accepted to enter me for an examination after being asked and contacted the director of the clinics, but unfortunately to no avail. . Please improve services and respect patients more. Unfortunately, chaos

The receptionist for today 31.01.2020 at 8 PM does not want to work, apparently some body push her to work, I was asking where is the management from this, the owner must take immediate action and technic to monitor the facility for good reputation and positive feedback.The receptionist for the day, dated 13.01.2020 at 8 pm, is not up to standard.I felt that it was usurped. It works, please. The hospital administration monitors only supervision and improvement of the service for patients.
