Very bad customer service. They dont have what you call phone etiquette. Both the Arabic and Filipino receptionist have bad attitude. I decided to book an appointment but later on change my mind since I will not trust there company because of the bad attitude of there employee. Please try to train your employees with what you call good customer service. They dont need to blame or shout at there customer because of there own ignorance of scheduling the appointment and listening to customers request.
