So unprofessional staff, terrible customer service,I visit LLC a while ago to see the doctor and check my problem, so i approched the receptionist i showed her my arm she sent me to 5 floor again they send me to mezzanine floor again they send me to emergency again emergency sent me to reception again reception asked me to go to mezzanine floor, i get tired and im not feeling ok so i decided to spoke to the manager, the supervisor approached me and asked me what is the problem so i explain to her she keep calling and asking here and there like im laying to her, anyway at the end she decide to call one of the team to come to the reception and start to tell him what i said is that right ( unbelievable customer service) after all the discussion she asked me to give my ID so she can check if can go to the specialist doctor direct on that moment the emergency doctor who says at the first that’s not emergency he interfered which i don’t understand why is this is his job, so he told me that’s not emergency you should wait two hours i told him how can i wait like this and you didn’t even told me what do i have, he answered with why should i tell you, i was so choked and i asked him so i have to know by my self what i have, that moment again the indian supervisor interrupted me raising her voice and told he all of you you are talking you didn’t give me chance to talk, i still cannot believe her response, she said to me because im talking to much, so disappointed, i won’t recommended for anyone, unfortunately the hospital run by indians, i really feel im between gangs, i will suggest medeor hospital m, really big difference between LLC and Medeor, i have no word to describe the ridiculous customer service of LLC, first and last time to go there.

Its been 24 hours PCR result is not out, Id do free PCR test from outside but I had to do on 4th day which was Friday and free test not available on Friday, so I went here and still waiting for the result.

Bad experience with LLH Mussafah. My wife got sprain on her shoulder and we went to meet the orthopedic doctor. After consultation the doctor referred to physiotherapy. As they dont have a therapist there they refered to another clinic. They have not even asked me if that clinic is convenient for me to go. Nevertheless the referrel was made on Monday. They said once approved by the insurance provider they will let me know. I called them after two days and they said it is under approval. Even after a week i did not receive any call back. When i contacted my insurance provider, they said they have not received anything for approval. All these days the staffs of LLH were lying to me. If i didnt contact the insurance provider i would be thinking that this is pending from the insurance provider. I have to go back to the center and had to sit with the front desk officers for almost an hour to fix up everything. Really worst experience.

Dr Radhika Warrier is the best doctor for Internal Medicine. All the staff are friendly except the reception.

Its worst behavior by Receptionists incase if you have any covid symptoms and they dont even give you basic treatment to survive atleast till we reach other covid care hospitals. They literally treat you like a devil or animal. Its hospital by the way and you have doctors there to treat patients, not only healthy pregnants will come there, all the deceased people also will come there and you must treat them and respect them.

Registration is taking time. Minimum 30 minutes for registration. Please improve.

Continuously calling in 024116444 to get an update About the ultra sound scanning which has been done two days back. Call transfering is happening, but no result. Requested for online report, again no result.. poor customer service..my email address provided, no emails until now. I would have give zero if it was there in the rating.

I’m giving 1 star to all Lifeline Hospitals, in the difficulty times of Corona thanks to the Sheikhs of UAE for making free Corona checks in some areas of UAE, some Hospitals Reduced the prices for PCR Covid 19 checking from 250 aed to 150, and today in the news Emarat Alyoum saying it’s reduced 50 percent again.I checked in Life Line Hospital they said 189 aed.I’m going to another Hospital called MNC and paying 100 aed only in Mussafah iCad area!In Abu Dhabi 110 aed.I wish SOMEDAY prices will be United at least, if not free.

I am a patient of Dr Deepa from really long time.... her patience n effortlessly sorting our queries is the highlight.... she’s an amazing doctorAlso the recently introduced WhatsApp messaging to get updates on the reports, book an appointment or even getting the sick leave certificate is highly appreciated.... Very bad staff, staff infront of Dr Deepa gives priority to their own patients. My appointment was at 12pm. But i waited for 2pm even they corrected some token manually to do favour for their wished patients. My child of 4yrs was with me while waiting. If we ask this they deliberately make our consultation delayed

I book an appointment online for 3:00oclock PMI reached 2:50pm to this centre but I was waiting for almost one hour...means I see a doctor at 4:15pmSo dont book by phone or online because its wastage of time..

Very worst service, they didnt follow the appointment. For my opinion even not applicable for 1 starThey are looking partiality as well as no proper response from reception.....But Mrs. Deepa doctor is excellent.

I had appointment at 2pm and I reported at 1:45 pm. There was no other patients in front of me. I had to wait until 2:40 to see the Doctor. When I checked the receptionist said there is a cake cutting party happened at 2:30 pm. No point of taking appointment here. I wont go there again

One of the worst place..RUDE and CARELESS staff..i took my 5 month old daughter with fever and the lady pediatrician who was so rude and mannerless..its a shame!she refused to touch my child unless we remove her dress and told to take her away and bring when she doesnt cry.orders x Rays and swab tests and etc to trouble a small baby.Being a doctor myself i went through all the pain for 4 hrs.

After we consulted DR.Sinan,we wanted to ask a doubt to the doctor on a blood test.We asked the security man(selvaraj agala) to ask the doubt.he told us that other three patients are waiting so after this you can ask your doubt.we do not have any problems with waiting, but he behaved in a very bad attitude towards a woman with 2 children who came here for high fever.before also he made same problems with my husband.we already complained this in the complaints box.please take action against the security man.

The most worst medical center I had visited in uae.Even after taking appointments we need to wait for at least 45 minutes to get a call to the front reception.After that again had to wait for 30 minutes to get a call for checking weight and blood pressure. At last the long wait starts from here for seeing a doctor.Overall it’s a terrible experience for me...

Worst service ever i have seen in hospitals.Doctor Mrs. Beena is good but her supporting staff are worst ...Billing staff are not educated and no idea about insurance coverage percentage how much amount should need be charged.

The management is not good, we need to wait 3 hours even having appointment, wait for registration, then wait for doctor, then wait for test , no idea what was the purpose of that non value added step and then wait for sampling and then again waiting no idea for what , I was given an appointment of 11 am but took 3.30 . The staff is rude. Management need to focus and remove non value added steps.

I recently had a bad experience with admin team where they over charged me and the explanation given was that it was a computer malfunction. Though I was very unhappy then as we always liked the services. The Doctors and Nurses are ever helping and proactive in assisting. But we felt cheated with this but I must appreciate the team taking our complaint seriosuly and having arranged the refund immediately to solve the matter and sincerely appologised as well..so we are happy again 😊

Registration process is very very slow. If you have one hour minimum for registration only then visit this centre. After registration you must have minimum one hour time to wait to see the doctor. Worst waiting time ever.

Waiting time too long, to register at front desk took 40 minutes even though there was no crowd. Take 3 hours to see doctor & prescription medicine not available in their own pharmacy. I not like to visit again here.

Worst customer service ever possibleWalked in with a very bad fever. No patient was there when we arrived. But the speed and efficiency are such that in minutes the waiting area was filled with patients and they had no control over matters. All this while the doctors were sitting around idle

Front office staffs and security personnel are not at all costumer friendly

When the first time came here, I was having severe cough and fever. Surprisingly, the doctor, who was a woman, gave me gastritis medicine, she even doesnt understand the difference between cough and gastritis. Then also one patient jump the queue to see the doctor and no one in the hospital cares about that. Really disappointed.

They take Too much time for procedures. It took 1.5 hour just to reach reception and tell them why I am here. Rest of procedure to reach doctor was 2 hours. Very very pathetic service.
