Poor service and all fully south Indian staff who barely understand what you speak. Some must educated them first especially the language to speak and understand - English !!

Extremely bad service! Especially with Dr. Nuzhat Shakeel. I was there because I feel sick after taking the 3rd dose. Then she goes scolding me that she took the vaccine also and felt sick but still went to work. She has no right to scold any patient since we dont have the same line of work and have different bodies.

Very very bad service specially the receptionist, they close the the phone during we call them ,no respect at all.Really I will never going to this place again at all.

Sorry excuse for a medical centre, very digusting doctors especially NUZHAT SHAKEEL very disgusting. they will just judge you base on what you say wont even bother to check you up. Doesnt look like they like theyre work or maybe dont like the place even. I dont like that place also. If youre looking for a better center just go to IBN Nafeez every staff is accomadating.

I was their for 2 days because Im not feeling well. Ive notice my kabayan in reception is not good the way shes talking to customer or patient coming.Yesterday Im waiting too long but it OK Ive notice they are busy. Im weak and dizzy yrlesterday but when Im waiting my sick leave certificate still Im waiting long. I ask nicely to reception my kabayan that its OK send in my email. She said to me rudelythat Im have no time to wait write my email and if I did not received come back again.Seriously Im ill and I need to come back again. I email also our company that change our insurance because your nearest to my place I always came to your clinic everytime Im sick but your services not good.Kindly train your reception specially my kabayan that people coming their is sick. Had very bad experience from the nurse today in vital signs room. Me and my husband went to see n GP, before that they ill check vitals, i entered the vitals room with my husband as he is sick nd i want to know the bp as well, but the indian nurse attended him was very rude nd didnt allow me to stay there with him, very bad attitude. As per my knowledge i have the right to know my husband condition but she didnt allow me. Totally unsatisfied with nurse in vitals room.🥵🥵

I went earlier to this center i had lot of personal medical issues that i wasnt able to share with anyone for years finally i had the courage to see a doctor i was in a mental breakdown i was treated like trash the receptionist was very rude and kept interrogating me i wasnt comfortable physically & emotionally , finally they directed me to the doctor and they were about to close so they kept rushing me , the doctor was the rudest she only wanted to go home she didnt even examine me i started telling her whats my problem she said thats not what u told the receptionist and we are closing, i was chocked i said am sorry for taking ur time do u want me to leave ? Then she called the receptionist and told her cancel the patient !!! So i had to leave even worse state than i entered that clinic its one of the worst experiences Ive ever experienced , now i dont know if ill be able to even see another doctor 😔😔😔😔😔

Worst customer service experience from the reception to how the doctor checks your condition. Makes you feel like you are the last person they would want to accommodate. There are lots of medical centre here in uae, i wouldnt recommend this to anyone else.

I have visited today for this medical clinic and totally satisfied. Also Doctors, Nurses, Supporting staffs and Minor staffs are very friendly and giving good services.

It was really a bad experience coming to this hospital.. My frnd she just had a fever and wants to put for her trip wen she refused to do the trip they nurse showed her bad attitude and inform to doctor not to provide the sick leave.... And the nurse who wer Der in the nursing room was Frm my nationalty I heard the wer talking in my language... Bad experience

Cheap clinic with cheap service. Very arrogant staff. Doctor is super rude. Dr. Deepa tito worst and rude as well. They make you wait for so long. Forcing you to buy medicine from pharmacy they are affiliated with down the clinic. Like they have percentage on it. Will never visit again nor recommend someone. Please learn to be polite before calling yourself mbbs. Shame.

I came here last week with my friend who was suffering from cough and cold. Good hospitality from the staffs but bad experience from the doctor which my friend consulted.Doctor was very rude and arrogant. She was not trying to listen what we want..She was forcing her to take injections. I think that doctor is new appointment in the medical centre. We came there to consult Dr.Padmanabhan or Dr.Abdullah. But they were not available in afternoon. I havent see an arrogant doctor like this in my life.

I have been their customer for last 4 yearsBut today I had a very bad experience with the reception . Once I approach the reception they collected my Emirates ID and told me to wait .I waited almost 45 minutes and they were attending the people came after me .Later I approached them , then only they have attended me .When I asked them the reception lady was telling something elseI have lots other choices in AbudhabiAnd I will make sure that I will not visit again and I will not recommend anyone to Alwahda Medical clinic
