Would give negative stars if i could. Not a single staff seems to know anything about anything. Noone wants to help. Some give a reason saying I dont speak arabic! At an immigration office! Ridiculous.
Disappointed. Nobody seemed to care. They request a negative pcr to enter the premises only to hand you an email address to write your concern and asked to leave right away. Staff dont want to listen to queries or anwer questions. YSadly it was not only me, everybody else was sent away by staff in a hurry to close and it was only 11am.I drove to Immigration Office in BaniYas and got the assistance i needed in a flash.
Absolutely no care, they send you to other people because no one wants to work, they cant attach a PDF or do simple tasks and you run around for days trying to make them do their work, horrible.
Worst receptionist I have ever seen any office in my life.. They do not understand English. They are not at all help full.. I asked atleast to me give tocken to speak with customer happiness exicutive. They even rejected it..I wish if they behave/speak well...
Hi, I visited last week & returned back as Covid negative report is mandatory & should be tested in last 4 days.Again visited this week with -ve PCR report, security asked me to show Alhosn app, as I have some issue with EID & not showing the info in App, security asked to meet the police there & they allow me to enter after request. But those people in reception asked me to go to Dubai, when I show that my visa is done in Abu Dhabi, they asked me to visit another office in Mussafah & refused to look into the multiple UID issue I was facing.It would be good if the issues can be resolved at any office using some centralized software/system (I hope its there) , so that people can get the service near to their place across UAE without any risk to travel multiple offices during this pandemic.
Worst service ever. Pathetic behavior by service agents. Dont care to explain and all Arabic staff. No English.
I wish the employees there were more helpful&understood what my matter was. They kept shifting me from one employee to the other due to their lack of knowledge regarding my visa cancellation procedures& unwilling to assist in any way. Let’s not forget about the unprofessional call center employees who keeps on telling me your matter is not related to this governmental sector&refusing as well to guide me. اسوأ تجربة و شكراً
I have been waiting for my residence visa for 3 months. No one can update me why it is taking so long to process or how long it will take. Every time I call, either no one responds, or I am given a different number, or I am told it is not them who processes visas. No one will give me an update on my visa status and how long it will take to process. I am now going to have to leave the UAE and my family in 3 weeks with no idea when I can return to them.
