I ve been trying to call since morning , this is trial number 5... 13 mins and no answer !!! No doubt it is the worst service office you dont even deserve the 1 star

Worst place and service you cant even imagine . Save time and health and go just near by on the police building driver and vehicle license since they will attend you promptly and professionally without wait too long.For enter Tarish,right now, you need PCR negative test for access and security so rude will not even spend time to explain you, I wish mention his name but promptly he cover his ID.. strange if you come from Dubai with valid DPI and Al Hosn application certificate you are tested negative to covid for a duration of 24 hours, still you are not allowed to even request information.. thanks again to security who are not even educate to tell you they have no idea and they job is just rudely and badly inform if you can or go go inside.Again Tarish , you are the elite of the worst and minimum instruct your security to answer and be educate with possible clients.Shame!

I today went to TARESH muroor office, the receptionist by looking at my papers told me that this is not the place to register new vehicle, he told me to go somewhere else, but I noticed that many other people after i went outside are still registering their vehicle and getting their new number plates, i have no idea why the receptionist would say something like this to me while allowing many other people still to get their vehicle registered.I when saw other people getting their car registered, again went back inside the office and tried to get a new token but the receptionist asked me to go somewhere else again this time almost like shouting, I asked him can I at least see the man in the counter and check with him if the car registration can be done here? But he did not allow me to see the person in the counter and was getting angrier with my each question, so i had no choice but to leave.May be this is because my car is not that costly it was just a 1.5ltr, may be because i looked poor, i dont know.. anyway this really is not the right way to behave in a civilized society.I would have understood, that today is thursday and the employees all want to get to home to their family soon but in that case then why allow other people and not me? because they are rich? wearing better clothes? I will never forget this insult in my entire life, i want to rate TARESH absolute zero.

My brother has sold his car to one of my friends we went to Taresh office but unfortunately he was not having transfer letter from Dubai and we couldnt finish registration process. I have checked with the guy on counter if its necessary for my brother to come from Dubai again instead he can send me the transfer letter and we I will come to register the vehicle for my friend. Representative confirmed that he can send us the Transfer Letter with User Name and Password and there is no need for him to come again.Hence I got transfer letter from my brother and I went with my friend to transfer the vehicle. We have waited in the queue almost for an hour. When we reached the gate person sitting on main gate was handling the customers by the name of Abu Ziad. He dined that I cannot get in and the cannot do the transfer. The owner of the car should be available. I told him whole story that one of your staff has informed us yesterday that the owner visitung the office is not necessary but seems like my argument has made him personal with him. He was too arrogant and not paying any respect to the visiting clients not only me in-fact to everyone.Therefore I called my brother to come from Dubai again and do the registration transfer. Our whole day has been waisted and we face lot of trouble due to the wrong information provided by staff and not letting us enter the office when it was our turn.Extremely Poor Service and arrogant staff, they are treated customers like their personal servents.

The worst place you can visit in Abu Dhabi... The laws are not clear and the service is the beginning of a lack of manners.... The Abu Dhabi government must take action on them..... This place does not represent Abu Dhabi...
