I am not rating the customer happiness center staff but the employees in charge of the equivalence department and the Ministry of Foreign affairs that is dealing with the UAE Embassies abroad.After 1 year of submitting an equivalence application, and following up continuously, visiting the center, sending emails... I am was unable to receive the exact reason why my application was rejected (as shown in the MOEs website).I received the letter from the Ministry of Education clarifying the reason of rejection after 11 months! Afterwards, I am told I cannot apply for a re-consideration because the rejection exceeded 6 months already, regardless when did I receive the letter.Reason for rejection? Lack of feedback from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Although I was in contact with the UAE Embassy in my country and they confirm sending the validation of degree.Now I must submit a new application and chase it on a daily basis.

They easily deserve 5 starts , very professional, very nice place , i have gone 3 times i have never waited for so long , staff are very friendly but there is a problem with car park 👍👍

Unfortunately, no one responds to calls and inquiries. We do not know where they are. We do not know what is the difference between Abu Dhabi Education and the Ministry of Education. Access to information is very difficult.

A ministry that has its own weight and does not have parking for clients .. The matter must be considered and the customers must be provided with parking, even if it is with fees. I was violated and the car of a person who was in front of me was pulled out because of parking on the street. If there is, please inform or put it in Google Map
