Went there for the Friday brunch, and it couldn’t have been any better!Not only were all the dishes so delicious, but the staff was so well-mannered, sweet, and made us feel so welcome. All of food we ate was delicious, and they’re not stingy with the amount at all. From the appetizers, to the entrees, to the dessert, it was all spectacular.In addition, I have a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating and understanding. They made most of the meals without dairy for me.Also the place has such a nice aesthetic. Would recommend any time and will definitely be coming back here.

The food is really yummy, and I would definitely come back again!The goat cheese salad, the vegetarian pizza and the shrimps pasta win.The mojitos I tried are Arabian breeze & summer drink.

Ciao ! We have visited Verso yesterday night for a family dinner. We tried many times to call and make a booking but no luck !We decided however to go and try our luck ! We didn’t feel we were much welcomed from the restaurant stuff, no smile at you !!! So, that was the second non encouraging impression we were afin having after failing to book a table ... we still took a decision to stay as at this point kids were hungry and no energy to go to another place.We ordered 3 pastas and 1 risotto !!! Mama Mia !!! The food was extremely delicious ! Highly recommended « just ignore the fact that no one smiles at the place » ! Because the chef does have magical hands for sure. The pasta was delicious and the risotto was bellisimo !

Me and my family spent the whole day at the pool ,cozy place , friendly staff and great service .we had the sea food pasta , buratta salad and the vegetarian pizza , food is authentic tasty and delicious.Special thanks to Rene Mayer for looking after us .

Me and my husband spent our pre-birthday celebration here yesterday 09 April 2021. We enjoyed their tasty foods from appetizer to dessert. The staff are very accommodating and approachable especially Camilla. She is very friendly and her service is exceptional thus we want to commend her for a job well done.Overall this restaurant is highly recommended for couples and families out there.Thank you Verso for that amazing experience❤️

What a beautiful place ...actually its so nice and welcoming that I had my dinner twice here within few days.Firstly place is super laid back and reminds u of a trattoria somewhere in cosy Italy ,it feels same warm and home like.Next ,service is great and friendly ,our server Ottoman truly knows what he is doing and can recommend well if u lost and want to order everything off the menu.And the menu:). all what u need and what u can crave is here,with best quality and huge portions.They have Martini Fiero daily ,and highly recommend that to chill after a day or as a catch up with friends.What can I say overall ,its a great place for a catch up,a meal or a quick meeting,and pleeeease try it out to have that experience dor yourself and bon appetite in advance 😀

Great authentic Italian food. Friday Brunch has a nice variety and great value for money. Ambience is nice and cosy and staff is very friendly and attentive. Restaurant manager has an eye on everything and everyone is making sure that you can have a great experience in their Restaurant (especially Ashelia... always smiling, attending every table every few minutes making sure that no ones missing anything). Overall 👍

Nice ambience, great setting. We went for the Pizza night last night, but were disappointed with the variety of Pizzas on offer, only 4 actually! We had to always call for more pizza, they weren’t very attentive to our plates being empty. Didn’t get our monies worth sadly.

Highly recommend Verso for lovely Italian food. I have always been reluctant to order any seafood based pizza but this place has definitely changed my mind on that! The italian restaurant has a long way to go before being called traditional or family cooking.The basic is not there from the Pasta cooking technique to the over salted Risotto juice.Spoiled the only descent deal , the Tiramisu being overloaded with gelatine in the mascarpone.From a pure Italian customer, fix ur kitchen

Verso has been selected for the Art on a Plate Chefs Table event. They had an exciting menu and we were keen to try it, especially since its been a long while since weve been out because of the pandemic.The numbers listed for Verso are only the Grand Hyatt reception numbers. I called on Sunday to book a reservation for Wednesday. Twice I was redirected to the restaurant but no one answered the phone.I did end up booking a reservation with the reception for Wednesday and gave my details as requested.Cue Wednesday. Since we were a little late, I called up Grand Hyatt again to inform them we would be arriving 15 minutes later than my pre-booked time slot. The front office staff remembered me and confirmed she would inform the restaurant to hold the reservation.We arrived at Verso and the hostess was confused. They were having an event and didnt have any tables for us. No one at Verso was aware of their own reservation system. The hostess kept trying to talk to multiple people telling us she will inform the restaurant manager that we had a reservation.Things still got worse. No manager in sight, the lady told us there is only outdoor seating available. Again, not what I had asked for (during my call for reserving a table, I made sure to check all details pertaining to the Art on a Plate menu). So we headed outside and she leads us to a used table in a dingy corner. It wasnt cleared up and was quite honestly the last straw. We left at that point. Service quality was horrible, especially making us wait whilst you go in to get staff to clear a table and dont even do a proper place setting or proper sanitizing like the other tables.It would have been our first time at Versos but now we never want to go back. Our dining experience was spoilt even before we started.

I would like to say that today I had an amaing time by the pool in Grand Hyatt, next to Verso Restaurant. We came early when the restaurant served only the buffeit, but David took caare about us and offered options for food and drinks, answered all the questions and made our time really relaxing and enjoyable! The most delicious, most italian(if there’s something like that) pizza I’ve ever had! And I mean it...but besides pizza, everything was very tasty, the icecream were also so fresh, so yummi.... in a world filled full of preservatives, slowly everything tastes like plastik, you can literally feel in the food these additives, so it was a great experience eating at Verso, fresh and good quality, simple as that! If I go back to Abu dhabi, I’ll definitely visit this restaurant again.

Staff cleaning the room while people are having lunch. I dropped my napkin on the floor and our waitress put it back on the table instead of changing it... Portions are small and food is bland. I will not come back.

This is a wonderful restaurant!It was very nice to meet Aselya, a girl who is unusually sweet, open, friendly and very bright! In general, the waiters, the bartender (a guy from Ukraine worked in the evenings) are very cool guys.The food is delicious, the presentation is beautiful. We lived in a room with access to club bonuses, so they constantly tried to feed us and brought delicious snacks, dishes and desserts. It was really nice. On Fridays, brunch is also held with sweets))
