Holaa,I love this coffee brand and i drink very often in cafe di roma, thought to give a try at this cafe well but my coffee was not made good at all, dont know whose mistake was it but i was not happy with my coffee also employee tried and changed my coffee and she charged me for 2 extra shots why i dont know, however while billing i asked and they were sorry for that but it was too late, well break fast was amazing we ordered 1 continental break fast and steak sandwich. Sandwich again dont know why chef cut the top layer of my sandwich bread 🤪🤪🤪, i asked employee and he told me chef cut it to balance the shape really 🙄🙄 i am still thinking on it, check attached photo for my sandwich lolz. I dont wanted to waste that bread so i ate, because will directly throw it.I want head chef to see the sandwich in atta hed photos.They forgot to give me my juice from breakfast which we reminded them after billing. Place is nice, but over all experince with lavazza at khalifa city a was OK.

Newly opened. The nice thing about the place it is quite and a nice place to do buisness meeting or study. The food menu is limited and I was not impressed with the steak. The pizza was just OK. So if you wanna come here, come mainly for the drinks

At the time I visited this restaurant, the AC was not working well it was very hot! The place is very clean and spacious. Staff were professional and kind. I have ordered “Classic Iced coffee AED 25” was super sweet which should not be and my sis had fine latte. We both liked their coffee but I think the prices are quite high for Regular sizes =(small in other cafes) compared to other cafes!! The only bad experience was the milk cake which was supposed to be spongy moist cake but it was like purée and the price was around AED 35!!

Really cool place to chill and have original Italian coffee, amazing staff and location easy to reach on main road of khalifa city A. The coffee bar has two level floors with nice view on the top and terrace with garden outside. Open till late evening is the right place to have an amazing coffee or a light meal 😎

We always look forward to and appreciate their kindness and warm welcome. The entire staff is exceptional, just to mention a few, Lhynn, Besma, Bijay, Agnes, Jenny and so many more. The entire staff is always ready with a greeting, a smile, quick and courteous service. Best cappuccino anywhere, always consistently delicious, the lemon ginger tea is fresh, tasty and always just right. Give the shrimp avocado salad a try it is outta this world delicious. Five star staff, Highly Recommend.

I am in sad position to right a bad review for a place that represents Italy.By my entrance there I ask if I was allowed to use Zomato gold and the server said “YES sure” we order in an other lady and 15-20 minutes later she came back and asked if we have Zomato and that the plates we choose are not valid for Zomato gold.How difficult is to communicate something so simple between two people in a place with two more tables with clients?So I asked if I could change the order and she said that the food is ready so wasn’t a choice.It wasn’t true cause the food came 14minutes later... and not as I order it.You dissatisfied me and after months at home I regret I choose Your place to dine.
