Order made at 8:40pm and delivered at 12:10am Almost 3hours to deliver my meal on Monday, pizza was cold and the filling was with salamy meat instead of pepperoni meat My order was deluxe pizza , anyhow i am writing this review and still not yet the delivery come yet … really getting bad impression with this branch motor city Alshamkhah. To Excuse internal issue very rush. Not acceptable at all. Very cheap quality.I tried to call Customer care 600551236 also the number is not available hahahaha. To claim for any issue is very hard westing time with this company.

Wrost ever customer service, staff is lost and having no experience in taking order and preparing food (pasta) Chicken wings were left in over and by end of our meal we asked for wings and the staff realized that he forgot to pull them out from over 10 mins back. Disappointing, Never had such bad Pasta in life.

I order from Talbat at 1:25 am and now its 3:57amMore than 2 hours Im waiting and calling and no response , this is ridiculous and offensive , worst experience ever and pls save your apologies

Items I ordered :1.Super Chicken-This pizza was absolutely with some amazing toppings like bell peppers,sausages,onions,mushrooms and some fresh chicken.2.Chicken Legend ranch pizza-This pizza has quite interesting flavors as it was topped with ranch sauce,jalapeño peppers, and Italian seasonings.3.Hot and spicy -Lovely flavors with a drizzle of ranch sauce and jalapeño peppers.Quite similar to the chicken legend ranch pizza.4.Vegetable legend hot pizza-The pizza was a great option for the vegetarians.It was topped with onions,mushrooms,olives and jalapeño peppers.It was drizzled with hot sauce to give the extra hint of spice.The dough in all the pizza was really fresh and well done.The chicken was super fresh ,tender and succulent.The American cheese added to all the pizzas enhanced the flavors big time .The unique part about broccoli’s pizza and pasta is ,you can customize everything with your choice of toppings.5.Mexican chicken fettuccine-This is an amazing flavor,so glad that I tried this one .I really enjoyed every bite .The pasta is flavored with some Mexican seasonings.It is like a fusion of Italian and mexican cuisine .The pasta did not feel dry and the chicken was marinated with Mexican flavors .6.Vegetarian Pasta-This was truly a delight to have .I chose penne with pink sauce along with alot of veggies .The pasta tasted absolutely yum as it had the right balance of the veggies,sauces and the seasoning.It was topped with the extra cheese to enhance the flavors. Definitely a great choice for all the vegetarians .Pastas were truly delicious .The pastas were well cooked and the sauces were added in good quantity.The portion was amazing and was definitely value for money.The packaging of all the items was great ,keeping into consideration the sanitary measures.The service was good too.

Great pizza. Friendly staff. Preparation time is as promised but theres no home delivery in Shamkha. You order and have come pick it up yourself. Thats why Im not giving them 5 stars.

Very much dissatisfied with the service pro vided at this branch. First of all ordered for 2 breakfast (sunny side +omlette ). Staff took order and we waited for 15 minutes for the s ame to be delivered. I was charged 35AED . I noticed the bkfast only had vegies and he egg. Upon enquiring at counter for the missing jam and bread I was told that it was not a fast moving order at this branch and hey had ran out of jam. Upon aski ng for bread he said it will take time so he decided to exclude it from our order. Very poor customer service and value for money. Will never visit this branch (UAE, Al Shamkha )again. Thank you

It says 24 hrs open , but when I go there around 4 or 5 AM they say they will not accept orders because they are closing! Then why it is written 24 hrs?

I like the test , but the price was totally different from the menu

The only bad thing i encounter is that they’re supposed open 24/7 but i come at some points at the night and they say “we’re closed” I don’t know about the other branches but this one doI don’t know if this problem is solved by now because I don’t go to broccoli like i used too
