Great service. Pizza’s were served hot and ingredients tasted fresh. Staff were attentive. Plenty of parking in the adjacent lot. We were forewarned that the pizza flavors we had chosen were spicy but we enjoyed it. If you don’t eat spicy, let them know.

Mr Roy And Mr tarun did us great service like always. They make us feel at home very much .we definitely love the pizza . The hospitality of roy was awesome.I must say the pizza that was recommended by roy was great as he suggested us to add extra toppings like seafood , veal beacon , 4 different types of cheese. Such suggestions were helpful and this what makes pizza express al reem different from others the care we received is something that we cannot forget . The food tastes good but arrives absolutely cold.It’s unfair to rate the place so keeping it neutral but being in Reem Island they should be able to deliver sooner. Available on Entertainer which is great.The Dough balls are one of their best sellers and those are a good snack specially along with the dips they go so well. The Pollo & Gardiniera Pizza were both nice.

This is my favourite pizza spot - the Hawaii-not ,American and Meat lovers are the best as it has the perfect crispy base. I love watching the chefs toss the pizza into the air. GREAT service from Sabeer , he has been our server twice and he always goes out of his way to make us feel comfortable. This restaurant is a hidden gem!

Their pizza and juices was delicious, the pasta was good but not as expected. I liked that they cook in front of the customers they were super clean wearing gloves and masks. They have also a very nice interior and exterior design.

Pizza Express Al Reem is excellent - the delivery driver Shish Pal is the best. The pizza always arrives on time and hot.

My kids loved it and asked me have lunch here. Indeed the pizza was excellent - crispy spicy and yummy. Kids love the dough balls.The service could be better as the waiter didn’t understand when we said no Parmesan cheese to be sprinkled on any items he nodded and lo behold the pizza arrives with fully loaded Parmesan cheese.

Received the order late while my location it’s near to the restaurant the pizza was so cold and not fresh and I ordered 2 drinks they sent me one flipped upside down and split in the bag when I called them they said it’s not the driver mistake! so they are trying to me as the lairWorst delivery service everOne lady picked up the phone she’s so rude like they woke in the best pizza restaurant:)

The four rating stars are mostly given by the modern and attractive design. Staff prepared but too intrusive as they press customers several times to order more. The pizza is good but some of them are made up of too many ingredients that dont fit together. The price for dining is high even if discount vouchers are used.

Food is really nice! Staff is friendly, however management need to educate the employees on the use of vouchers/entertainers. It came to me as a surprise that salad was redeemed as main course however i precisely indicated that i will be using entertainer at the time of order but nobody bothered to inform me about that. Which is also not the first time i visit the same Reem island branch but when i mentioned that to one of the employees he said he never saw me there, which is totally ridiculous as all my vouchers are redeemed in the same branch as i live in that tower!Well, at the end nobody did anything which truly makes me not coming ever again and spreading the word to others!

The food was good and tasty but the service were very bad, we were the only customer in the restaurant and we sit outside but no one to check if we need anything more, two times we entered to call them!! Late to take the order, late to bring only water and even when we mentioned to him that the service is bad he smiled!!!!!!

I end t there when the electricity went on Sky Tower.Although the serving staff were friendly they bought my side for my main out before my starter. The side was sweet corn and fennel however tasted like a dish of sweet corn with no fennel in.I asked for a Risotto and asked the manager to swap out tomatoes for avocado. He refused as he said Avocado was worth more. I tried suggesting less Avocado but he then said it wouldn’t look right.Seems he’d rather put our price over customer satisfaction. It would have soft hon a few AED at most. I felt like taking my tip back once he said.I certainly won’t be going back there.

I have been to Pizza Express a few times and everything has been perfect. The service has been quick and friendly. The pizza has honestly been some of the finest pizza I have tasted.My only issue was in regards to the one time I ordered pizza for delivery. I got my usual, Bianca Funghi with added chicken. It arrived on time so no problem there. But it was quite cold and there was hardly any sauce.I hope this was just a once off and I wont let one unfortunate experience affect my opinion of Pizza Express. Ill definitely be returning and highly recommend it.

This was the worst experience for me and my family in pizza express alreem, the food was good but the staff especially (monika) and the manager (jas) were very rude to us and they have decided that we finished our food and didnt want to serve us anymore we asked the lady a couple of times but she kept ignoring us and giving us rude looks, and i told the manager ill write a complaint and he was okay with it and didnt try to resolve the issue he made it worse. He ddnt care. This will be the last time i come and i will make sure everyone knows how bad customer service and your staff are

I ordered and checked on my food 40 minutes later. It hadnt even been prepared at this time. I had to cancel it; it was faster at this point to order from a different vendor and have it delivered.

Very delicious, a little expensive.I had the calabrese. It was a lot smaller than expected for how much it costs. That being said, it tasted sooooo good!I recommend getting an appetizer or dessert along with your pizza, if you want to eat your fill.I read previous reviews about staff being unfriendly, but everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel so comfortable. I almost felt like I was a long time customer. If they were ever unfriendly in the past, you wouldnt know it now.If you want to dine in, the place has a lovely atmosphere, and is very clean. Service is prompt. You cant ask for much more, but Im still docking a star for the pricing.

Very Bad service. It been a year since last time I came to this branch and had a bad experience and said I will not come to it again. I made a mistake “again” and came here for Iftar. We were group of 7 and even if we came early and ordered the appetizers so it would be here in Iftar, the food came late and missed the order of two of us, although people came after us they got their food earlier than us. The main course didn’t come together and took for ever to have it ready. It is really a disappointment and would recommend to try another branch if you have to.

I had one of my worst experiences with the service team and the outlet manager.The manager was stipulating who to share food with and who not to!! Was awkward! And the way the spoke to me and my guests is certainly inappropriate!Ill never go to pizza express reem island again!
