Had a Mothers Day Treat here from my kids to a Hot Stone Massage. It was awesome ! Thought I was in Thailand while I was there.The staff are wonderful and the place is like a mini Thailand. The Massage was very refreshing.Going back tomorrow for a second treat - on my hair. Both treats were from my kids who are awesome as wellA must try in Abu Dhabi.

If you want a satisfying deep tissue massage, this is a great place! Plus, their moroccan bath with coffee scrub is superb! You’ll definitely feel so clean and relaxed after.

I really enjoyed my time at Thailand Oasis, I got a package and it was worth it. The masseuses there are incredibly hard working and they will give you the best massage! youd feel as if you were their only and special customer every time! Unfortunately, I didnt feel the same way with the slimming massage. The slimming massage wasnt good value for money and I felt like it was done half-hardheartedly. I got a package for that but I felt deceived and that put me off honestly. I regret it badly and wouldnt recommend it to anyone! I hope they have changed their offer now as this was last year. I wish this salon all the best and I write my comment here because I couldnt find an email to write to. I wish they could make an email especially for feedback or a survey as not everyone is comfortable giving their opinion publicly as they dont want to trouble anyone. Hot stone, deep tissue and the Moroccan bath are really good but not the slimming massage! Thanks and God bless

Hands down the best lady salon in Abu Dhabi. Very clean, professional, everyone is very friendly and they really look after you from the very first step into the salon. Khun Kae the owner is super amazing, she makes me feel at home every time, super friendly, very kind woman. In fact, everyone at Thai Oasis are kind and you feel super relax to be there - I do my brows threading and blow dry quite regular there and never once was I disappointed. I leave the salon a brand new woman, feel confidence and beautiful every time. Highly recommend this for a pampering day.

The manager at the saloon is very rude.She talk in their language, giggling and laughing from behind. She wasNot ready to hold a conversation and made me feel out of place and like i was an inconvenience to them.To make it even worse they add an extra charge for hair extension.Been here some months back and for the same service they added double the amount.this is my worst experience. Terrible customer service beCause of the manager at the reception. Never go back again

Amazinggg spa. Loved it

As excited I was to visit this place, I left with nothing but guilt. They charged me with things that I never asked for and was basically forced upon. I got highlights done. Let me just tell you, I asked for ash blonde full head highlights and what did I end up with? An ugly goldish highlights from roots. Not going to lie, I did like the bottom part but it was nowhere close to ash blonde. Next, they charged me with things like olaplex and head massage 150 dhs each. I hardly got a 5 minute head massage. Mind you, it said very clearly in the brochure highlights on short hair is 150-250, they charged me 300+ for my shoulder length hair.Don’t bother coming here unless you want to be looted. There were few things that I liked about them like most of them were very kind and sweet. But it felt like they stabbed me in the back. I mean seriously, how do you sleep at night knowing you have unsatisfied customers?To your response:I was not told about the exact price. If so, I wouldn’t have proceeded with it. You had only mentioned about the 350. And who charges for every step of getting hair done? You say the total at once.Separately for bleaching, separately for the highlights colour which, in the first place came out totally wrong. You also claimed the brochure online mentions old charges and now you charge differently. So fix it and stop fooling people. Honestly till date I regret my decision and hate my hair colour. Will soon be getting it fixed by a professional

Not value for the money.The service which i had was of worth 500 aed.(groupon discouted price 229) Massage was not relaxing massage therapist didnt know about pressure points. Facial was also dis satisfying it was just simple cleansing not facial. I visited theb centre 16th june 2019, 5.30pm you may check your visiting register. Instead of considering its a bogus review try to provide better services for your reference i am attaching the voucher copy

I have visited the salon a few times now for a few treatments, and I can say with confidence, the treatments I’ve received have been one of the best I’ve had. The staff are friendly and so welcoming. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxing, although not as modern as other salons, it’s got a nice feel to it. I wanted to get my hair coloured, and even though it is difficult to get ash on my hair, the ladies had no problems achieving the colour I asked for. I was very happy with the results, would definitely recommend it to others and already have!

Ly did the perfect highlights on my hair, she suggested the best colour that suits my skin tone and professionally carried out the coloring process with patience. Since my hair was previously coloured black, I was not very confident about the results but Ly did a very good job. My friend also shares the same opinion on the professionalism of the staff. Strongly recommend this place. Wonderful ambience, loved it. ❤️

Very courteous staff.I would love to be back.Except for the receptionist who impatient and unhelpful everytime on call as well as when i met her .Any questions were met with resigned sighs and sarcasm.I did not care for her tone and behaviour.Her attitude needs improvement.

I recently had a digi perm which I hate, it has ruined my hair and it is so frizzy and unmanageable!I am so angry I want a refund or a treatment to get rid of the perm and straighten it out.Worst experience ever!I just want my beautiful hair back.

Moroccan bath and massage are okay.Very unfortunate to have the worst waxing session in my entire life and very unprofessional eyelash perm in Thai Oasis Spa.I spent A LOT for my lashes to grow for 2 years, only for it to be ruined!! I went back to ask if they can fix it, useless. Just pay a bit more, go to a professional salon to acquire quality results.Update: I paid AED500 to have my eyelashes fixed and turn it back to its original state. I cannot imagine I spent money to have my lashes ruined like this. What a waste of effort and money. Please do yourself a favour by finding another place for salon services.

I had my hair cut by Hairdresser Ly there.I brought a sample photo of style and showed it her.I was satisfied with my hair style, reasonable price and nice staffs.I’ll visit to get their hair service again, next time.They offer nail, facial and body massage, hair service etc. so many.

If u r looking for thai massage in abu dhabi i would recommend this place....The ambience the aura the decor the staff the music straight away takes u to thailand which is so relaxing....Massage is really gud and would always opt for it though its little pricey...Moroccan bath was average....the scrubbing time was less and i liked the coffee scrub part which was new thing compared to other placeFacial is not tht upto mark..... u dun get wot u pay for....definately its like more of deep cleansing but not the facial what we think we would b getting...I give 4 star beco the staff is really gud always smiling and becoz of the ambience...

Horrible customer service!!! The lady at the front desk who claims she is the owner is very, very rude. Please do not ever purchase a Groupon voucher from this place because they will not honor it. I purchased two vouchers for me and a gift for a friend, booked an appointment for two persons informing them clearly that we will be using the vouchers which the salon confirmed, only to be turned away by the mean lady at the front desk when we arrived for our appointment saying it’s only valid for one. She could’ve offered an alternative but instead was so rude to us. We visited Thai Oasis before and this same lady tried to upsell us to a more expensive massage session saying swedish massage is not nice (which is strange because why are they offering it in the first place?) and when we declined on her insistence for us to get a more expensive service, she treated us even badly on our second visit. I feel truly sorry for their nice staff to be working for such a horrible human being who unfortunately do not deserve to operate a business in wellness. Oh well, lesson learned for buying cheap service such as Thai Oasis’. Definitely my friend and I won’t be visiting again. If you want to get stressed, go ahead and book an appointment at Thai Oasis.

I arrived on time for my 6:30 pm appointment (which was suggested by the salon) however after 30minutes of waiting , I still did not get to hear from the haidresser (no one was also manning the reception desk), or from another staff to explain the cause of the delay - so I left. I will never come back.It’s upsetting when services choose and confirm your schedule, and you as a client fulfill your commitment to show up on time, and they fail to deliver and make you wait for a long time without even explaining or aplogizing as to the reason for the delay. It’s useless to have an appointment system when you cannot commit to it. Your customers have other appointments and errands too so I ask you to respect their time. Terrible experience, I would’ve rated this no star at all for the unprofessionalism.

One of worst salons I visited! Their idea of massage is just squeezing your limbs facial was nothing more than a wipe of creams across face and I did vaxing the lady literally burned my skin!! Thinking of complaining to authorities! Never will go here again!
