Just wanted to warn you ladies of NStyle UAE, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 8 years living in the UAE.I had my gelish manicure done on the 19th of august at Nstyle Galleria Mall and traveled few hours after on a vacation, 2 days laters my manicure started chipping and peeling. I reached out to them via their app to let them know so they can contact me, they contacted me the next day. The whole interaction was dismissive and rude. I was in Europe and to remove the polish was gonna cost between 35-45 Euros and another 35 for the polish. I opted for a cheap fix and repainted the nails that completely fell off for about 20€ (on top of 170 dirhams that I paid for the manicure at the salon).The WhatsApp messages between their customer service and myself they are being dismissive, they said someone will get back to me they didn’t, I messaged them again and they said if I want it removed I have to pay again then I messaged them a third time saying no one has gotten back to me with a resolution and they said it’s beyond their “terms and conditions” and I’ve asked them twice to clarify what exactly are the terms and conditions and they didn’t respond in the end and left me on read. I dropped by the salon and their manager said okay no problem I’ll have the customer service manager call you.She called me and that was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. First of all she’s beating around the bush and flat out lied saying they have contacted me by calling which they didn’t, I was roaming and I answered every call I received, I said okay so you contacted me and I didn’t answer so why haven’t you texted me? Why hasn’t anyone gotten back to me? So she goes back to beating around the bush And apparently their terms and conditions are 3 days for gelish! So I told her so the gelish manicure that’s supposed to last minimum 10-15 days lasted me 3 days only I would’ve been better off doing a regular manicure not gelish then! There was no accountability whatsoever for their mistake or the inconvenience and extra expenses I paid to fix their mistake. It was a painful and pointless call as there was no resolution so I ended up in me saying I will not be going to their salon again because of their attitude towards a customer who has been going there for over a year was absolutely awful!I’d give them zero stars if it was possible

I really did not enjoy my experience at this nail salon. I thought that this franchise was good and that because of its location in a high-end mall, it would be pristine. Sadly, it was not.All of the furniture is old and stained or damaged. It seems very empty and cold in terms of decor, almost like its going out of business. The staff doesnt seem as well trained as with other salons.Plus, worst of all, the lady giving me a shoulder massage clearly was sick!! In the time of Covid, it was very nerve wracking and I was surprised the lady was at work. Better for anyone sick to stay home to be cautious. It still gives me an icky feeling thinking about this experience!Even though I live right above this salon, I would never visit it again. You can find much better cleanliness and atmosphere for less cost somewhere else, especially in UAE with its high standards of service.

Treatment was good but the price quoted on the website was more than double what they charged me!

Their services are of very poor quality! It was the worst experience ever! I tried their services twice and the outcome was very disappointing. I paid a fortune to do my hair and nails. They are UNPROFESSIONAL! Thats why the place is always EMPTY! Make it a coffee shop instead!

I usually go to this nail salon in Dubai and they do a really good job. Here in Abu Dhabi I had a terrible experience. First of all the place is empty (like always empty ) The pedicure was fine but The acrylic on my hands was a total disaster. I had my nails done in the evening and the girl had no idea how to do acrylic. Put all the product in my skin and of course every single nails was lifted. So the morning after I went to fix them, had to take off everything and do it all over again. Took the lady 3 hours! The result still not good. I had french done and for some reason after only three days is black on the tip of the nails. They are all bumpy . They didn’t offer one single cent of discount after all the time they made me waist. And now for the third time in a week I have to go somewhere else and have my nails done again ! Do not go to this salon. The people working in there are not trained. They have no idea what they are doing.

Worst experience ever!The marketing is so cheap they keep talking and trading for their services/products though multiple times of saying NO! They promised my acrylic nails will stay for a long time while it starts falling 2 days after applying! They cost hundreds of money, adding more service, stay awake and dont agree unless you see the whole price!Hope the owner take a look into this since i heard that he/she pays a lot of attention on the comments.

Extremely unprofessional - my wife and daughter visited the Galleria Mall branch in Abu Dhabi for some girl time. Apparently one of the tiles was broken (and for some reason it was hollow underneath it). They didnt mark it or seal it off, and my wife stepped into it and ended up cutting her calf open. We had to rush to the nearest hospital and get it stitched.I cant even imagine what would have happened if it was my 3 year old daughter who got injured instead.They never bothered to check up on their customers until 3 days later I called them and asked them to simply cover the bill at the hospital (2,300 AED) - to which they proceed and offer me coupons which I politely refused. Since then, management has been thinking about what they can do about it - they even asked me to cover most of the payment and theyll do the rest (the small part basically) and I explained that its not an option.

Let’s be honest the price is expensive because its located in Galleria but the experience is worth it.I remember her name is Kristel she is very good in acrylic extension and theres no doubt for sanitation.Good job

Was looking for a nail salon and luckily found this at Galleria mall. I was very happy with the service and my nail tech, Kristel, was very accomodating with all my nail color request. She patiently listened to me and helped me pick out the colors i wanted to try.Will surely come back again soon.

Expected better, i went in for a stick on nail the lady said it will only take half an hour but it took an hour pluuss when the nail technician was working on my nails they said a man would come in I couldn’t put my scarf on my sister had to put it for me. My sister was looking for an appointment which she waited an hour with me but nobody came but it was literally empty full of only nail technicians and hair dressers. Before i came in I triple checked the price and she said no more then 200 buttt I paid 230. I wish I could say that all this is worth it for the nails but I can’t because I didn’t like how the nails were done

Horrible! Stay away! Went in for a massage. The person massaging me couldnt speak a single word of english. I asked her to do my neck and shoulder. She didnt understand that so I had to point. I also asked if she can apply pressure harder and she didnt understand that either. She used tiger oil (menthol) all over my body which made my body temperature drop to a point i was shaking and then she dropped the oil in my eye. I nearly got blinded; had red blood shot eye for 2 weeks . That eye still gets tired and red easily. They wont give me a refund despite me being in a lot of shock, pain, bawling my eyes out and shaking tremendously. They said there was nothing they could do.... I spent a lot of money buying drops for my eyes and I still do. Would give it minus 10 stars if i could.

Not very impressed with the recent visit. They don’t keep cold packs. After cleaning legs with hot wax, warm towel is used to burn the legs even more to clean up the wax. Wax skis still stuck on my legs after 24 hours, and after I washed them at home even. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

My nails were long with smooth edges. Now, they are chapped. Manicure and pedicure were done in rush like it was race. The spa was empty, so that’s not excuse. They didn’t clean under the nails. The filing was horrible. Never again

Worst humiliating experience in Galleria. Manager is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful.Technicians were 20 minutes late because one of them had dinner on a food court and had to be called multiple times. She didn’t know she had an appointment. Another technician was just busy. No apologies. There were other not attended customers sitting and waiting. Also I’ve been told salon doesn’t provide 2 persons for mani pedi, only one but I would be an exception. Seriously?Manicure was going bad so I had to stop it halfway. I’ve been offered another technician to finish the job but I had to wait for her which I refused as I had no time and technicians were late at a first place.I refused to pay for manicure as service was not finished and was a bad quality. At the reception I’ve been told “you HAVE to pay”.After me providing the evidence of a bad service and explaining why I refuse to pay manager kept repeating herself “But I want you to be happy dear habibti” and “you HAVE to pay”. She didn’t even looked at my nails as I was trying to prove I’m not just walking away with a free manicure.She was either repeating those phrases or just smiled pretending she doesn’t understand what am talking about.I made it clear I don’t want their service anymore, I’m late and I’m not coming back for “another complimentary treatment”. Manager then just turned her back, walked away, didn’t say a word to me, didn’t say she is coming back, left me at the counter and went to talk to a mall security. Other staff members didn’t talk to me and were minding their business looking away. It was embarrassing and disgusting.After talking to the security this manager was on her phone for 5 minutes deliberately ignoring me, knowing I’m standing at the counter waiting for her and for issue to be solved.I feel sorry for the staff as well as no one was smiling or being supportive. No wonder.Later my husband came to us after having his treatment at a male spa and started asking questions. During our conversation manager was constantly accusing us for being rude to her, was talking over, repeating “you have to pay”. She obviously couldn’t handle the situation.Eventually I’ve been FORCED to pay for the service I didn’t have because “we couldn’t delete it from the system”.I have to mention though that pedicure was good.Here is manicure I ended up with for Valentines Day. Nipper was not sharp enough so cuticles were torn not cut. Nail polish has to be removed by technician as it was put inaccurately.I was so angry and upset, also money and time wasted. I’ll make sure more people will know about this experience. There are more far better places than this. Also there was a comment about hospital lights and uncomfortable chairs-agree to that. Many questions to whoever chose this person to be a “manager”

I visited this spa one day before my birthday and it has been the best birthday treat ever. The spa was very clean, cosy and neat. All the technicians and people working there were very sweet, welcoming and always smiling. The receptionist was very nice to me and very welcoming. I got my nails done by Ve and Dan and they were the best, they were very sweet and funny and did a great job doing my nails. They both made sure I knew if there were any extra charges for the type of nailpolish I am choosing or for the services I am asking for. In all, I had a very great experience in this branch and would visit it again for sure and recommend it to my friends and family.

Horrible customer service. The website says it closes at 11pm everyday, when I went in at 9:15pm, they said they can not do any service because they are closing at 10pm. Also they were supposed to offer complimentary medi, pedi, or blow dry (according to 800 number rep). However, it has to be with another service purchased then I can redeem the FREE service. Never will recommend to anyone nor I would not come back !!!!

Atrocious. Dont even deserve one star. Where do you even begin?1 - Shellac nails (guaranteed to last two weeks) chipped in less than 3 days, because they were done badly.2 - Employee continually tried to upsell despite being repeatedly told no and thought it was funny to harass my wife making her unable to relax throughout the treatment.3 - The manager was inappropriate with a member of staff and my wife and embarrassing my wife to the point that she walked out of the store incredibly upset.4 - No refunds are offered after 24 hours, on nails meant to last two weeks5 - Despite over an hour on the phone to multiple agents they were sarcastic, unsupportive and offered excuses and accusations in stead of good customer service.Unbelievable. My wife was going to buy a pack of ten treatments and thankfully were no longer tied to this terrible business.Im sure the media and communications team will respond and claim they have offered to help or try to make this completely honest review seem less valid.I look forward to seeing what excuses are offered.
