My first visit ever to Chaps and Co. The place is phenomenal, the lighting, the cleanliness, the vibe, the nice people working there, and the nice lady who greeted us on arrival with a smile. Ameen who was my barber, is a professional and a talented person. I havent had a nice hair cut in a long time. Thank you Ameen and thank you Chaps and Co for the amazing experience.

Admittedly it is more expensive than other establishments but the service you get is definitely worth the additional cost. Freddie is especially good and is highly recommended, one of the main reasons to keep going back.. From the staff to the interior/atmosphere to the barbers it ends up not being just a haircut but more of an overall experience.

Youve heard of the saying If you wanna get things done properly do it yourself...In this case go to Chaps and Co. Went in for a normal haircut and beard trim came out with a HAIRCUT AND BEARD TRIM!!! I am not exaggerating one bit when I say this but this was the first time I ever leave a barbershop with a big smile on my face. Amer listened to how I wanted to get things done and with that adding his own professionalism and talent into the mix, I was more than satisficed and happy with my haircut that I got from him. I have been here several times already and I will not go anywhere else. I use to go to Aziz in Marina Mall but could never get them to do what I want them to do with my own hair and beard.Younes was my barber when I first tried them out. I told him I wanted to let my beard grow out and he was onboard and even helped fix my beard from where I screwed it up previously. Since then, I haven’t gone anywhere else or sat in anyone else’s chair.The other barbers speak VERY good English and are very kind and welcoming (and it doesn’t hurt that there is an hot receptionist that welcomes you every time you arrive).I’m very positive that when the time comes for Younes to go on leave I will be in great hands with one of the other gentleman who work there.Check these guys out, you will never go anywhere else. They have great products for sale as well and even a loyalty program, get 10 haircuts or 10 beard trims and you’ll get the next one free!

Went in for a haircut and beard trim. The barber managed the haircut rather well. I really wanted a good beard trim as advertised on their website. I regret very much allowing them to touch my beard. They should remove the service from their website because they really do not have the skill or the vision to style and trim beards.

Best haircut experience of my life

Just visited today for a completely new hairstyle. The place was classy, had a nice relaxing ambience and atmosphere. You start by getting a drink or a coffee. Brian was really professional and nice. Gave me proper advice on the hairstyle and how to maintain it. Gave me a nice haircut, product, blow-dry and a refreshing face towel. The products they sell are all top notch and the absolute best you can find in the market. Overall, a great place for men who appreciate quality!

Worthwhile the one-way 30 min trip every month. Freddie does a proper quality trim, and with the full service, e.g. drinks, hot towel etc. it is something I look forward to everytime.

Best barber shop in Abu Dhabi though the loss of Brian (one of the founding barbers sent across from Dubai and who has returned there) is a pity. His skills are not quite matched esp for skinfades although the rest of the gang still beat any other barbershop in town by a country mile. Staff are friendly and all COVID19 related practices are well embedded. Booking is easy especially using their app which also gives out loyalty rewards. There is very little overrun or delays beyond appointment times. If you are lucky and its in stock and if such things tickle your fancy: have a whiskey or a coffee with your haircut!

Visited the Dubai branches a couple of times. This is much more convenient as an AD resident. Free valet parking aswel. Great news Chaps******

I have been going to the Abu Dhabi branch for almost a year now and Abdellah has done an excellent job every single time. Very professional, quick and precise with the hair cut. Abdellah even remembers exactly how I like my hair to the point I don’t even need to ask what style I want anymore, he just does it! The Covid health measures are also excellent and I feel very safe to go get my hair cut here.
