Great new gym. Has everything I need, equipment, machines, cycling class, group classes, sauna and steam rooms. So far enjoyable as its not crowded and I hope it will remain the same for long time.

I have been using this gym for a few months now. I use the ladies only.Ladies only get CrossFit 3 times a week and I joined specifically for CrossFit.They need regular and more classes for ladies.The gym is big, they have a variety of gym machines.

This place has everything a gym goer can want. I was very impressed with the size and the number of machines these guys have and all of said machines felt brand new and really well maintained.

New gym, all the equipment you think of, very spacious, separated female and male part plus on the top functional area, staff very proffesional but friendly and approachable - Jassem was very helpfull, with great communication. Perfect gym I would say. Easy parking around the building, and just next door is a mall too.

The gym need to provide more assistance for the ladies gym. No enough classes, very limited number of sessions compared to the cost of the Membership

Receptionist (arab lady) is ignoring the customers.. coach in the ladies gym will keep canceling your appointment and pretend that they are busy .. the gym should stop accepting new customers its always packed and all the machines is busy (ladies gym).. one more thing, if you need to pause your membership for any reason you need to pay 350AED for each month 🙂🙂

Still new, a bit pricy, but expected to have full equipment. Also has a lot of free classes. And free Jiu-jitsu for kids

Expensive sessions and not a place for beginners and you get no help or even guidance for free, they push you to hire a personal coach
