Excellent one

The place is a very good place to work out in, They have better conditions in terms of opening times. You can come in at whatever time that suits you the most.Due to limitations of space you might not find all the machines you might want for your routines for instance there is only 1 leg press machine and 1 leg extension machine and a Harmstring leg curl machine as well as 1 calf raise machine. That’s it . So you’ll find out that you’ll be always confined to the same routines for all your leg workoutsAlso quite a number of Treadmills are not functional, some might be functional but the controls might not be working hence you have to just stick to the preset speed. And one machine may just cease amid a workout and you’ll have to start again.However amid all this, the Gym is very cheap and you can either pay for fifteen days, one two three or six months, the more the days the cheaper it gets

A Very nice place to burn your daily calories. They have variety of equipment which turned u on to workout more.The only downside is equipment are not fixed in time when break down.

Good place to build ur fitness. Two coaches also there. U can take there help too. Its budget place.

Regular user of gym only the thing which i dont like in gym its issue of fresh ventilation .. management should notice it

This Fitness center located inside Al Eshoush Village,but entrance from out side only.excatly opposite Farco Hypermarket.Defferent proffession people daily coming for reguler excersize to maintain healthy life.

Staff behaviour is good but most of equipment is broken condition and its not fixed long time

Good machines are suitable prices. But the space is small and crowded and for ventilation and air conditioning is not well thought out
