Large clean new facility. Well equipped, welcoming and just the place of you want to get a good workout in. Situated in the beautiful Um ElMarat Park, there is lots of parking and things to indulge in afterwards. A range of fitness activities offered here from Crossfit to Bootcamps and Boxing. Certainly worth a drop in to assess for yourself as they do allow you try the facilities out for free.

Awesome place to workout. Many great classes like Crossfit, Sweat and Kids program. They also have outdoor classes. Friendly and accommodating staff. They have a very nice facilities for kids. Highly recommended for everyone. Nice job, guys! Keep it up!

Horrible experience at this place. Management was rude, they changed policy two months after I joined and then tried to cheat me of my money and didnt act right until they were threatened with a call to the consumer protection agency. Their accountant, a grown man, legitimacy started to yell at me for their own error for no reason. Absolutely shocking. Would never recommend anyone come here. The gym is poor quality anyways and extremely overpriced.

Unfortunately, one of the worst management cross fit gym in Abu Dhabi, about a week ago we have received an email that the gym is closed without informing us earlier that the place is re located in some where else. I had 2 sessions with one the great PTs and I have 8 remaining session left. I emailed them to refund my 8 session back and of their staff are trying to trade for two month membership for free although I paid only for PT which totally not related. Their respond was they had leave place immediately however they have been notified to leave the place. I just saw an advertisement that they are hiring new PT and staff I am really concern that my favorite trainer kissya will not be there any more as she kept all record progress of my fitness level. Totally, I am not recommending this place and recently before this incident lots of their clients left because of mess management they have facilities are not supporting ladies privacy.

Amazing gym under renovation (19-june-2018) to make it look better , clean fit for who seek CrossFit and powerlifting most equipment from Rouge. 3 months is around 2k AED but worth it in my opinionMost of people there are going to achieve something or dont mess around . Bathrooms and locker rooms clean and good

Best crossfit gym in Abu dhabi

Ive been training for six months and I recommend it as one of the best crossfit and fitness center in abu dhabi. The training is suitable for all levels and there is extra after workout training if you have enough energy left. The trainers are involved and pay attention to the movement of the workout if you are not doing it properly.It has great classes and several programs with flexible payment options.If you mentioned my name to the owner Khalifa he might give you a discount on the membership.They have a separate female section if you want more privacy.If you are a beginner you have to take three on ramp classes to be able to join the classes.There is a dedicated branch of the raw place that serves protein shakes and cold pressed juices, I recommend coach Saad protein shake and Sacha ichi or coconut water and rummance.

Where was the censorship on their behalf, how did they feel that I felt the dash of the sea, not a training room, I started to see the place and settle a subscription with them, and whoever stood in the park, I saw nothing but short shorts and train, and this is an illusion of land and wearability, and it is normal for them to have a family from inside their prayer. The thing about it and how there are children standing there to see them while they are running around without covering their body except for wearing a short beachwear, and I took pictures that I was complaining about them
