Rocker gym:The gym has all equipment necessary to bulk or shred. The membership is at great price. You can get one year for 1,000 dhs so basically 200 per month.

The best thing is that it opens from 6 am. The annual subscription is quite acceptable

Nice gym if youre staying in the area. I was on holiday there for a month so joined. Has all the weight lifting equipment you could need. Limited cardio and stretching area.Its not very big so may get overcrowded, I used to go during off-peak times (1-5pm) so was fairly quiet.Easy to join if youre a tourist on holiday. Have flexible membership types:100dhs = 1 week150dhs = 2 weeks175dhs = 3 weeks200dhs = 1 monthNot the cleanest or newest looking but cannot comment on value for money because I havent seen other gyms in Abu Dhabi. Not great value when compared to budget UK gyms though, which are much cleaner and better equipped.Gym etiquette of members is not great, especially the free weights section.

Verry good gym

Small gym downtown but super hardcore and has all major bodybuilding equipments and machines and free weights. Better to go in the morning when it is empty because starting from afternoon is far too crowded for its size and not best ventilation. 25 dirhams for one entry and 250 dirhams per month. Thats very cheap.The gym members are mostly from India Pakistan and Philippines. And are of the labour force. So dont expect much common sense or attention to gym etiquetteAnd if you go In the crowded times , be prepared for strong unpleasant smells.
