This is my second time coming to Abu Dhabi and Ive dropped in this facility both times I was here. Staff is nice and I just loved everything about it. If you ever go to Abu Dhabi and looking for a nice gym around Dalma Mall area to workout at, this is where you want to be.

This gym facility is relatively spacious, has a decent variety of machines and cardio equipment, and also contains a sauna and steam room (closed at the time of writing, obviously in response to COVID-19).There are seperate mixed and women-only sections of the facility.As I dont pay membership fees, I cant comment on the value provided by club memberships.

Hygienic, strict adherence to Covid safety precautions.Perfect for serious strength training athletes. Weight lifting platform for heavy lifters.Hammer strength plate loading equipment which has 1st in clause bio-mechanics to isolate each muscle group perfectly.Cardio equipment from Life fitness. Functional training area with adequate space.Amazing cycling studio and group class studio.Great peace of mind while working out.Suggesting to add one half power rack on one of the weight lifting platform.

Bad experience over and over and 0 profession in Dalma mall branch with the receptionist lady.The gym updated the timing but on Google still same old timing, bad communication and poor customer service.

I am training in FF Dalma mall for more than 7 years i can say it is amazing and perfect 🤩 i call it my second home, the trainer very cooperative and they are happy to help all the members and guide them 👍❤️ Again i have renewed my membership with them with amazing offer

Best club in Abudhabi. Nice atmosphere. Good classes and clean. Well sanitize and safety measure is being practice. Staffs are nice and accomodating.

There is only two Fitness first mixed gyms in Abu Dhabi . Had to travel far just to go to gym. Its still a great place to work out - just expensive !

We were offered redecioulse price for the PT as for that our age is 12&13 .No access to the gym without a sign up to PT even if we will be with our parents .They first said you can share the PT session then they put on more fees to make it 5055aed !There is Enrolment /one time fee which is unexplained why exactly ?The gym no longer offers :sauna,steam room nor towels as for pandemic but the prices still high3230aed for 12 sessions then you will pay for renual 2811aed (One person )Would appreciate if they offer the family member ship of benefits that can allow above 10 to be with their parents for equipment useI miss Vergain Active gyms

The trainer would loudly mock your appearance to get you to sign a membership and buy a package of personal training with them which is rude 0 social skills.The management threatens existing members who stopped going and paying because of the corona virus with further action like theyll be sending someone after you to pay for an inactive membership in midst of an epidemic, who ever is in charge should feel ashamed.If you decide to freeze your membership youll still have to pay for 180 AED ... which i dont get why ? does the gym put a huge effort when freezing memberships ? whats the incurred cost ?If you decide to cancel your membership youd still have to pay for a month ahead as in the management should be given a notice that youre leaving, feels like im leaving a rented apartment LOL.Many questions in terms how this business is run here in Abu Dhabi.Hope that theyre always clear to their clients in terms of the absurd conditions of how they run this gym.

I visited fitness first at the Dalma Mall on 31st May 2019, I must say I had one of the horrible experience in terms of service , my visit was to inquire about the different options of membership program however the sales person was so arrogant at the end and trying to push for me to sign up , i told him to allow till next day for me to rethink but his answer was i will not give you any offers to you any more , i am not sure why he was so upset if the customer doesnt agree to sign up the membership at the same point . Fitness first should definitely work towards the customer satisfaction and not only try to convince customer for the payment and achieving the sales target. I will never be the member of the place simply for the service . If i can remember the name of the sales person was Mohammad .

One of the best gyms Ive ever been too. But i stopped going there because trainers dont help you unless you pay them. Trainers should go around check who needs help but no here you pay them to let them become ur personal trainer and then they can help you. I get bad vibes from trainers mostly not friendly🌷

Was here on a Saturday morning at 8am. Cleaning still in progress. Floor all wet at the personal training area. It was so difficult to workout here.

In all fitness first in Abu Dhabi (AD), there is no swimming pool for men like I see in Dubai , Dubai have five stars ff like Media city and Mirdif up town , but unfortunately ,I consider all AD branches are 3 stars no swimming pool for men, no variety in machines , some of personal trainers also in Abu Dhabi tries to help you for benefits , once they don’t get contract with you , they even don’t say hi for you I didn’t see such attitude in Dubai ,all are professional there .

Unfortunately ladies section Items are rusted not clean .. this will lead to health and safety issues !

Its always crowded ... but the devices are complete ... The atmosphere inside is grim and discouraging

The equipment and the place is very suitable for sports

Jam is small and untidy in terms of weight and the trainers, but they have a certificate and they do not know they train nor they have their experience and almost all the trainers are devoted

Modern equipment, world-class trainers, and various programs in terms of fitness, strength, and timings are suitable for training

The club is beautiful and there is nothing wrong with it, and there is no room for swimming pool, but what confuses me is that the prices of personal trainers (12 sessions) are more expensive than the subscription value !!

A place that is not respected and the Egyptian who works coach tried two hours, I was registered in the most expensive package is available at the price of 5000 dirhams, almost failed in the best and best rooms and arranged and trained collaborators, the first time Ashoff tip of the coach increase the bill 500 dirhams increase 😂😂
