Its a famous fitness in Abu Dhabi it has many branches its very good staff and places to ladies workout

The worst clubs I’ve ever registered in. I don’t recommend it, the membership has no rights and is defrauded, and the employee’s words are different from dealing. After signing and withdrawing money, they are ignored you and lack of interest and they start look for a new member.

Good mall for shopping, but doesn’t have many brands.Its always filled with people

Very crowded, you never find abooking in the classes even if you book in advance the programme will take you to waiting list. You have t wait for the machines to excersise 10 to 20 min. If you gave your credit cards details will keep dedcuting from your account unless you sign cancallation paper. Offers on membership happens only for few days .....other gyms are half the price....if you renew you have to renew from the last day of the end of your membership and there is no speacail offers for members who are there already.

The worst place ever. Disgusting customer serviceAh and they will reply to your comments here because other people will read and think they care. The reality is not. I raised my complain to the head office in March and till now no one solve my problem. Never trust them.

Excellent ladies only gym! Very clean and has all the upto date latest equipment and more. The membership deals and packages are great and they have good discounts too. Highly recommended

After signing up for this gym i feel i made a huge mistake. Especially during this covid 19 times. If you need to book for the classes which are always full and more than 10 people on waiting list. You have to book from app which is down most of the time and when you ask they say its technical issue. I would recommend if youre looking to go for a gym atleast dont go for the fitness first in bawabat al sharq mall. I dont know about other fitness first gyms but this one is poor management and even if you have paid you will still be standing like a begger because your app was down and you couldnt book and now youre on waiting list and most probably your turn wont come so you wasted your petrol and money and time for the class. If you want to do your own workout then you can consider this gym.

Staff are not good and lazy

Very rude and unprofessional. Lady answering the call today at around 4pm is very rude.

Very big, very clean, the trainers + the staff are super friendly, the pool is big, there is a sauna and there are a lot of machines.

You get what you pay for. Clean and spacious with a variety of machines and supplies. My personal trainer is excellent and taught me a lot.

The facility is so good with a variety of equipments and tools.The branch Manager has no experience managing the dynamic culture of the gym, the people and the staff. Whenever you approach her to ask her on something or improve something she tend to recall her Al Ain mix gym experience and reply me back its difficult to manager or schedule a maintenance in ladies gym blah blah.I feel like at times she has no sense to reality. TAKE AWAY the Manager to an mix gym where she enjoys best and pls. request the fitness manager to train the staff on how to be approachable, more vigilant and compassionate with the ladies who are unfamiliar with the forms and training wrongly on the floor.Dont worry I will still renew but this year I will be more aggressive with staff misbehaving if no improvement is shown

Why is there no branch for men

Thiefs, we mad cancellation for membership, the they detect from my credit card. We faced them they claimed that we didnt we did not cancel and refused to retain my moneyIt is forbidden, after canceling the subscription, they withdrew from the bank card the following month, and refused to return the money that they withdrew

I thank the management of the club for the diversification of Zumba music and training staff, especially the coach from the Philippines
