Really good gym and great, clean facilities.But dont understand why they stopped providing water and towels! Specially at the pool side.Like common, towels will be used per person at the pool!!And they also removed the cover for the bench at pool!! They literally can be santaized and sprayed after each use like the rest of the machines.

The gym staff keeps calling every two days to subscribe to their gym membership even if you dont want to subscribe they keep calling and forcing you to subscribe and pay the money!!, and when I dont answer the gym number they call from there privet number!! and keep forcing!I would like to recommend them to call once only and give all the details not every two days!unprofessional

The trainer would loudly mock your appearance to get you to sign a membership and buy a package of personal training with them which is rude 0 social skills.The management threatens existing members who stopped going and paying because of the corona virus with further action like theyll be sending someone after you to pay for an inactive membership in midst of an epidemic, who ever is in charge should feel ashamed.If you decide to freeze your membership youll still have to pay for 180 AED ... which i dont get why ? does the gym put a huge effort when freezing memberships ? whats the incurred cost ?If you decide to cancel your membership youd still have to pay for a month ahead as in the management should be given a notice that youre leaving, feels like im leaving a rented apartment LOL.Many questions in terms how this business is run here in Abu Dhabi.Hope that theyre always clear to their clients in terms of the absurd conditions of how they run this gym.

You guys hire the most disrespectful trainers ever 👎🏼 If your technique is to make fun of the ladies who are minding their business and trying their best to train by themselves in hopes for them to get a personal trainer, then you don’t really know how to run a gym.. definitely not renewing the membership EVER again.

Fitness First is a well recognised brand in the fitness industry for the middle east, and the Al Seef mall branch is no exception. As an avid lifter myself, I am a little disappointed at the limited weights section (dumbbells only go up to 18 kg, probably because its a female only gym) but the entire facility offers diverse options for all types of fitness interests from functional training to swim enthusiasts. And I think its a fantastic price for what you get.

Result 👎. I lost with out trainer . With trainer very expensive for only 10 lesson and also no result .I pay for daily maybe more than 100 AED its 60 or 70 in other gyms .By mistake i bought coupons of 700+ AED. Because of Ameera from Philippines in reception. I could not use it . I really became sick 😷 when i use this gym only . I tried to use coupons more than 4 times but not work . I asked for refund she refused.

One of the trainers keeps making fun of a friend of mine and mocks her when she works out just because she refused to pay more for a personal trainer. she is a tall Filipino trainer named Shahara. This is very disrespectful and I hope that the manager seeks to stop this childish behavior. Totally un-recommended for someone who is serious about working out👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Fitness 1st Al seef is a good gym for the following reason: the group classes’s instructors Sonia, Bruna, Noorhan, Nadia, Tahani & Melanie. They are SUPER!! They are passionate about what they do and give options for beginners! They perform on the stage with clear instructions and they do focus on the group to guide and advise them. You will not be lost instead you will do your best enjoy and love them! However, my reasons for not returning back: booking the classes is not fair since it is not managed very well, the staff does not care about old customers as much as bringing many new ones even though the gym is very small! Booking with a personal trainer is not organized and most of the PTs are not that good! Sometimes, you will not find locker, machine or a class simply because there are many people more than the gym can accommodate!

I was a guest. When I entered reception I thought the place was too humid. I was wrong.The staff were wellcoming and friendly. The Gym seemed larger than a football pitch and had amazing items to help members. I overhead a training session, one on one, the teacher was competent and freindly. Clean toilets!! All of them! All areas spotless.The pool looked too small. It was fine. It could perhaps get very busy. I questioned the staff member at the pool. I appreciated that it was ladies only. Her qualifications were impressive. As an ex Specialist nurse I was able to assess by questioning that the pool officer was qualified to rescue or assist an adult or child in any emergency.The pool depth is around chest height for the average female. I noticed that a child was instructed close to the Pool Safety Officers chair.I know the fee is fair. I am saving to join. My life is one of service. To enjoy serving, or ones life, fitness helps! I am a bit excited about the centre and hope to be a member soon.One last thought. It is easy to speak fast and mumble. My conscious choice to take more care when I was misunderstood resulted in a pleasent afternoon for my sponsor and myself.

The gym has an outdoor shaded swimming pool. Its for ladies only. Its verg spacious with nice lockers room, sauna and steam facilities. Water and coffee is also available at the lobby area,free wifi and free towel renting

One of the worst FF branches ive been to ever. The filipino trainers put the music on so loud that i cant hear my own music and if you ask them to turn it down they give you ATTITUDE. Also some people in the gym are bullies and get angry if you use one of the 10 machines theyre hogging for hours. And if you tell the management they dont so much. Its basically a zoo there.

My favourite gym, swimming pool, large exercise studi, plus two other rooms for mind and body and RPM.

I was sent from Marina Mall to print my new card, yet, I was told that they dont have ink ribbons to print my card.The club is amazing, but the front desk staff sont know how to resolve a problem.
