I just want to know when we can get our new Emirates Id as using our old card for cash deposit or bank transactions it’s very hard. I felt same experience with Emirates NBD bank. Standing in long queue my deposit transaction declined. I went to Emirates NBD Electra branch to deposit atleast using my teller but the staff was rude and said I need to bring physical print copy of my new I’d. Which make me uncomfortable. I have my new Emirates I’d copy from ICA app but staff was very rude. I do understand the current problem with is print out but bank like Emirates nbd making customer very uncomfortable and it’s not all friendly bank. I hope the government will make necessary steps

This place is overly crowded these days. So many people wants to ge their Emirates ID done so be careful of this.Avoid going from 10-12 pm. The best time to visit is before 8:00 am.I have already wasted my 2 visits. so yeah, be there early.

Very calm and cool atmosphere. Summit your EMIRATES ID, PASSPORT COPY and VISA COPY(for visa renewal) when you entering for medical purpose.

Emirates ID biometric capture center attached to SEHA is opens in all Working days from 07 to 18 (but due to COVID situation, the centre works upto 3pm) and Friday & Saturday are off. Kindly note that there is no typing services with this centre.All applicant should be taken their Emirates ID registration form and original passport to complete the registration. Application can be done through ICA website or Application or any typing centers.
