The authoritys lack of professionalism, impartiality, responsibility, transparency and fairness when filing a complaint against Etisalat. As you feel that the Authority is a subsidiary of Etisalat. And I am confident that our rational government will not be satisfied with such a performance, and this is in the interest of the state.
We are exposed to a fraud process from the service provider and the body that is responsible for protecting the consumer. Unfortunately, it defends the service provider with images showing the legal responsibility body following a star only until you accept a participant and not even a star shape
After submitting the complaint to the service provider more than two months ago with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, and the company was intransigent in responding more than 10 times and my phone line was closed, I was contacted by the Authority to tell me that the error was my fault, knowing that they in the Authority themselves were refusing to respond to the company, but it is possible that they only wanted Complaint closed...
